I am looking for a way to summon ETs and a way to discover more about them. I've had dreams of meeting them in the past and maybe one astral projection experience that I am not sure was a dream. I had a dream a mantis being called me on the phone and when I picked up he asked "Are you there? It's meee." I felt excited to talk to an old friend, but before I could speak, I woke up. Another experience that sticks out a lot is being in my room with a blue alien(Andromedin?) and the being showed other humanoid alien races through holographic projection. He went through a few species telling me which ones were hostile and which ones I could trust.

Are there any supplements that would aid in astral projection?

I can only find protection spells for ones self and I have been unable to find spells for success.

With the passing of this new bill. If you live in the US you no longer have any rights. I am desperate. I don't know what else to do, summoning a djinn doesn't seem like a bad idea, or any black magic for that matter.

I recently started using runes and reading more and more about the Norse religion. I was wondering if anyone else here has any experience with these gods or the use of runes. THe funny thing is even when I was young say around 9 or 10, I was very drawn to Runes and I even tried to use wood from my dresser to curve runes on lol.

I was dreaming the other day, that I was looking at a screen in front of my eyes and it was playing images. I don't actually remember how, but in the dream it was implied, that this screen has always been there. I focused on the screen and it almost lead to be projecting, but as the screen was fading, I focused more and I woke up instead.

I had a dream today, where I was told to focus on theta waves to help with my desires. My desires in this case are to become better socially. I don't know if this means anything, if theta waves would have any specific effects with this issue.

I have been able to more easily AP from dreams, as long as I am lucid, but I would really like to access the akashic records. I tried searching "Akashic Records" in the search, but the search engine on this site hasn't been returning any results to any words I type in.

I feel compelled to meet such beings, as well as some of the other humanoid peaceful aliens. I was just curious if anyone has tried this before and been successful. I would be concerned however about violent aliens showing up in my dreams, but I do put a barrier up every night before bed using some mantras I found awhile ago on an astral site.

I would like people to list some techniques I can try that will help me get to the astral plane from a dream. I was able to project from a dream about four times. Nothing much append these four times, I was just floating around my room. My old technique doesn't work anymore. While I was in a dream I would stare at an object and focus on that object and all the dream imagery would disappear and I was in the astral. Now that never works. I found it much easier to project from a dream, then I ever did trying to project while I'm awake.

Today and yesterday I dreamed that my chakras were opening up with the help of Shiva. I didn't see him, but felt his presence. I felt energy moving up my body in a linear pattern starting from where the root chakra is located, but when it got to my heart chakra I became afraid and woke up.

I have a sound program(Neuro-Programmer 2 Pro) and it lets you create different sound frequencies for various purposes. I was wondering, if there are any frequencies I can use and play through my speakers, that would ward off negative beings doing my sleeping hour, when I try to project.

I had a dream this morning, that I burnt my hand(can't remember how) and I was teleported to Hell. Hell just looked like a castle and I was at the top of the castle just below the roof. Hell didn't even seem bad, it just seemed like an old boring place. There was this demon that appeared and told me the burn mark on my hand was his mark. Somehow I knew this mark gave me powers. He told me his name was Melov and that there were dogs, that could eat me. He disappeared. I then saw dogs and I showed them my mark and they became calm and sat. I then returned to Earth. I can't remember what happen when I was on Earth. After a short time I was back in Hell in the same spot. This time I saw a women and I told her I saw a demon named Melov and she was confused when I tried pronouncing his name. I then spelled his name for her and she became afraid and said we must leave. We begin to run up stairs to get to the roof. After this I wake up.

About 3 years ago I tried to AP and when I got close I heard an evil sounding laugh and saw a white glove. Does this mean anything? The laugh scared me and I quickly raised up.

I have read about this in other places. My question to everyone is Can you see if you can stop it? See if maybe other beings can help. I am very sensitive to free gluten I can even pass out if I have something like campbells soup. If I can not eat organic foods and unprocessed food I fear for my life.

Although I have not had any astral experiences with shiva(that I know of anyway) I do feel very connected with him. Has anyone had any astral or dream experiences with him?

When I was a kid (Can't remember the exact age) I had a dream, that I was in my room and I saw this white silhouette with bluish gray eyes. The eyes kind of ended in a sharp point on the sides. The silhouette kept picking me up and throwing me. I was very afraid. I tried hiding under the table I had, but he found me and kept throwing me. Could this have been an entity? I remember his arms and legs were very thick and broad and he looked like he might have been wearing a feather head dress.

I am not Hindu. I was Buddhist for a short time(about 2 years) and during that time I kept seeing Shiva appear on web pages and on tv. I would just see and read his name everywhere. Then I started to look into Hinduism a little bit and started reading a little about Shiva. I do Shiva mantras a lot now. I don't know what it is that draws me too him so much, but the connection is definitely there. I currently have no religion, I just pray to whatever being I want to at the time.

I had a dream today, that I was upset about missing this concert(which I really am because no one can take me) anyway in the dream I was talking to my dad about it. I looked out the window and noticed my house was close to the curb and I saw alot of people outside, including this women that I found attractive, but had her head shaved on the sides. After that my dad hugged me close. I don't have a very close relationship with my dad, but in the dream I was filled with strong love for him. He said in my hear "you think she's hot, don't you?" we both laughed. I looked out the window again and realized I was dreaming. I turned around and my dad grabbed me close. I knew he wasn't my dad at this point. He said, "The humans must know, who you are soon." and then he said "They must know your powers". Then I remember trying to eat his head for some reason. The dream faded to white and I woke up.

What is the best way to get over fear when trying to Astral Project? Also, what is the realm called when you can look into the past and future? I want to go and see concerts from the 80s and different historical events.

Does anyone have any techniques? My old technique doesn't work anymore. My old technique involved me staring at an object in my dream until I entered the astral. I find it alot easier, or atleast I did find it alot easier to enter the astral from a lucid dream. Unfortunatly like I said my old technique doesn't work anymore.

I've been able to project from a lucid dream about four times. In my dreams i learned that if i stare and focus on an object the dream images would disappear. Although I never managed to do much in the astral, I'd just project in my room and most of the time my vison would be distorted in some way, for example the room would usually appear too dark. I recently been pre-scribe citalopram which is an anti-depressant and since then I've been able to have lucid dreams but not project from them. I even had a dream I told someone I couldn't project because I was on an anti-depressant. Is there any other methods I could try? I've also tried saying awareness now in my dreams and that doesn't help either. Should I try sleeping on my back rather then my side. 3 out of the 4 times i projected I was sleeping on my side, however when I was on my back thats when I had the clearest projection. Could it be the medicine that is holding me back? Before I was pre-scribed the medicine there was one occasion where I wasn't able to project with my usual technique, so it might not be the medicine. What are your thoughts? Also, I'd like to keep taking the medicine because it does keep me balance and without it not only am I more prone to depression, but I'm also more prone to being angry.

i always have trouble walkin and talkin in my dreams of course i dont realize im dreaming at the time but usually in a dream i wind up crawling to get somewhere or like running on my hands...wat could this mean?

Is there a way I can invoke Anubis to help me travel into the astral? I never seem to be able to make it. A friend of mine said that most astral projecting is blocked by a subconscious fear of leaving the body and that I could ask Anubis to aid me in blocking that fear. So, is there a way to invoke him in order to get into the astral?
