Hello

Please excuse me if I have posted in the wrong forum

I have been drawn to chakras and sound and listened to some on you tube

However I felt very uncomfortable after a few minutes of listening and had to stop

The only way of describing it was a rising anxiety and rejection of what i was hearing

i understand this is a basic post but would appreciate any comments
