OK I have heard of astral projection before but last night I think I may have experianced it.
I was in my bed starring at the ceiling, I wasnt tired but I know I needed to sleep.
So I relaxed my body and closed my eyes and the image came to my mind of me passing through door way after doorway.
I thought this was interesting, because my imagination usually isnt this vivid....
So i continued, it was just nothingness, just darkness with these doorways consistantly coming toward me and me passing through them.
The further I passed through the doorways I felt my body begin to tingle slightly...
It felt like my heart was beating extremely fast even though I knew it couldnt beat that fast or I would be in some type of pain.
It was almost as if my body was numbing.
The doors began to move faster then all of a sudden I felt this MASSIVE uplifting in my head and chest...
I felt like I was hovering just over my body and I was formless. I was not asleep.
But the strange thing was there was this energy that surrounded me, it was orange and eletrictal It was like it was holding me in place.
It didnt feel malicious, just like it kept me from going anywhere, I got really scared and next thing I knew I opened my eyes and was staring at the ceiling.
Did I have a OBE?
