When in astral or lucid dreams has anyone tried to pass through anything similar to an energy source?

I myself have vivid dreams that occur on occasion where I pass through such things like power lines...(usually happens in my reoccurring dreams where I am trying to get to a certain destination but power lines get strewn about in my way - perhaps to hinder me)

I try to avoid them as passing through them causes an irritating energy feedback around the area that touches, but still happens on occasion.

Just wondering if it's just me or if anyone else has had similar experiences with such energy interaction.

I found a music video on YouTube relating to astral projection.

It's fairly decent quality too. I think it might be worth a look, although not very informative it is a descent perspective on the matter.

Alright first off a bit of my background...

My interest in the areas of the paranormal were initiated about 8 years ago when I developed what was diagnosed as 'mild schizophrenia'. I was medicated for several years after until it was removed. However, during the developing stages and for the first year or so after diagnosis I had very frequent occurrences of sleep paralysis, often occurring dozens of times a month.

Until about half a year ago I never though much about it until I decided to check online for any information. I jumped around sleep paralysis discussions, and then over to automatic writing (which I can still manage to do until this day).

Finally my interest was caught by Astral Projection, so I wound up doing some research on the matter, and found myself here.

This site is a wonderful source of information and has some very helpful individuals.

Anyways, hope to stick around here for a while sponging up some more information
