In order for us to burrow deep into the structures of the universe (to focus toward truth) we must understand what exactly our role is in the whole.  The most basic of our whole is consciousness.  Our consciousness is surrounded by layers of our identity.  For now, ignore the rest.

Consciousness is really all that we actually are.  You make up only part of the being that you claim to be.  You are the input and control function; the part that experiences.  You are truly the diamond of the system.  But you work with your other parts to complete a functional rainbow of conscious expression.

Now, if we move back a step we will find a being, a human being.  But together, we make up something even greater.  Like fibers in flower, we make up God.  Our communication resembles the communication in ourselves.  Much like a fractal, this observation can continue to infancy.

These thoughts can center into a simple one; your consciousness is your whole.  What ever is occurring a distance from you, whatever you don't feel is completely irrelevant to you.  Your experience is a mere emulation of what your body tells your consciousness is real, around and within you.   The screen in front of your face is a symbol.  The words you read are just a creation of yourself.  Everything is perception.  Reality is not concrete but abstract.  What you feel is what is real.

Now, the greatest danger to you is the possible mistake of conforming to what others define for you.  In a way, it can enslave you.

The point I am trying to make is that all you know is your consciousness, and what you define is your reality.

Suffering originates from dysfunction.  Simply put, when a function is out of place-you (the consciousness) are the one who feels it.  Finding happiness should not be as hard as it has become for us.  It's as simple as following your consciousness.  But when you conform to external forces (those outside your consciousness) you loose.

When you escape the role of consciousness, you bleed.

Do what you were designed to do, feel, and react apon that.

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Ormus
November 27, 2007, 14:23:34
I've been studying and researching health for quite a while.  I have completely transformed my own health.

A few months ago,  I was listening to an online seminar of David Wolfe, a raw foodist advocate.  In this seminar, I learned about what I beleive is one of the greatest discoveries of our time.

Ormus is a catagory of minerals in an "M-state."  I have a hard time describing it, but its a super conductor.  It allows your body to communicate in ways that seem "paranormal."  It may even help mammals grow back lost tissue.

Taking ormus not only syncronizes your left and right hemispheres, but activates Delta frequencies in an awake state.  I think taking this substance helps with health, spiritual growth, and even karma.

Feeding it to plants inhances produce...

Again, I'm not very good at describing it.  Here are some more links...

Welcome to Astral Chat! / A Cure For Cancer
November 06, 2007, 17:57:59
I just received an email from HSI (Health Science Institute)

From my personal experience, this Institute is reliable and honest.  I think its important that you read this...

qoute-

"How many people died in vain while this billion-dollar
drug maker concealed the secret of the miraculous Graviola tree?

If there ever was a single example that makes it dramatically clear why the existence of Health Sciences Institute is so vital to Americans like you, it's the incredible story behind the Graviola tree.

The truth is stunningly simple: Deep within the Amazon Rainforest grows a tree that could literally revolutionize what you, your doctor, and the rest of the world thinks about cancer treatment and chances of survival. The future has never looked more promising.

Research shows that with extracts from this miraculous tree it now may be possible to...

Attack cancer safely and effectively with an all-natural therapy that does not cause extreme nausea or weight loss

Protect your immune system and avoid deadly infections

Feel stronger and healthier throughout the course of the treatment

Boost your energy and improve your outlook on life
The source of this information is just as stunning: It comes from one of America's largest drug manufacturers, the fruit of over 20 laboratory tests conducted since the 1970's! What those tests revealed was nothing short of mind numbing... Extracts from the tree were shown to:

Effectively target and kill malignant cells in 12 types of cancer, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreatic cancer.

The tree compounds proved to be up to 10,000 times stronger in slowing the growth of cancer cells than Adriamycin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug!

What's more, unlike chemotherapy, the compound extracted from the Graviola tree selectively hunts down and kills only cancer cells. It does not harm healthy cells!
The amazing anti-cancer properties of the Graviola tree have been extensively researched--so why haven't you heard anything about it? If Graviola extract is as half as promising as it appears to be--why doesn't every single oncologist at every major hospital insist on using it on all his or her patients?

The spine-chilling answer illustrates just how easily our health--and for many, our very lives (!)--are controlled by money and power.

Graviola--the plant that worked too well

One of America's biggest billion-dollar drug makers began a search for a cancer cure and their research centered on Graviola, a legendary healing tree from the Amazon Rainforest.

Various parts of the Graviola tree--including the bark, leaves, roots, fruit and fruit-seeds--have been used for centuries by medicine men and native Indians in South America to treat heart disease, asthma, liver problems and arthritis. Going on very little documented scientific evidence, the company poured money and resources into testing the tree's anti-cancerous properties--and were shocked by the results. Graviola proved itself to be a cancer-killing dynamo.

But that's where the Graviola story nearly ended.

The company had one huge problem with the Graviola tree--it's completely natural, and so, under federal law, not patentable. There's no way to make serious profits from it.

It turns out the drug company invested nearly seven years trying to synthesize two of the Graviola tree's most powerful anti-cancer ingredients. If they could isolate and produce man-made clones of what makes the Graviola so potent, they'd be able to patent it and make their money back. Alas, they hit a brick wall. The original simply could not be replicated. There was no way the company could protect its profits--or even make back the millions it poured into research.

As the dream of huge profits evaporated, their testing on Graviola came to a screeching halt. Even worse, the company shelved the entire project and chose not to publish the findings of its research!

Luckily, however, there was one scientist from the Graviola research team whose conscience wouldn't let him see such atrocity committed. Risking his career, he contacted a company that's dedicated to harvesting medical plants from the Amazon Rainforest and blew the whistle.

Miracle unleashed

When researchers at the Health Sciences Institute were alerted to the news of Graviola, they began tracking the research done on the cancer-killing tree. Evidence of the astounding effectiveness of Graviola--and its shocking cover-up--came in fast and furious...

...The National Cancer Institute performed the first scientific research in 1976. The results showed that Graviola's "leaves and stems were found effective in attacking and destroying malignant cells." Inexplicably, the results were published in an internal report and never released to the public...

...Since 1976, Graviola has proven to be an immensely potent cancer killer in 20 independent laboratory tests--yet no double-blind clinical trials, the typical benchmark mainstream doctors and journals use to judge a treatment's value--were ever initiated...

...A study published in the Journal of Natural Products, following a recent study conducted at Catholic University of South Korea stated that one chemical in Graviola was found to selectively kill colon cancer cells at "10,000 times the potency of (the commonly used chemotherapy drug) Adriamycin..."

...The most significant part of the Catholic University of South Korea report is that Graviola was shown to selectively target the cancer cells leaving healthy cells untouched. Unlike chemotherapy, which indiscriminately targets all actively reproducing cells (such as stomach and hair cells), causing the often devastating side effect of nausea in cancer patients.

...A study at Purdue University recently found that leaves from the Graviola tree killed cancer cells among six human cell lines and were especially effective against prostate, pancreatic and lung cancers..."

This email did not suprise me.  There are many natural methods that have been shown to help cure cancer.  This extract however, has a lot of promising research that backs it up.

Do you think that there is anything wrong with the way humans are effecting the world, the animals or eachother?

I was resting in my bed this morning and I entered paralysis.  I tried to get up, but I knew that my physical body was stuck.  I struggled to get out of my body.  I was pretty stuck, although I did get out some, especially my leg, which was out.  I started floating out, but was having trouble with the spatial coordinates (really mixed up).  I had the "falling sensation".  Next I "semi-phased out," from my body, to standing beside my bed.  I could see absolutely nothing.

I accidentally transported to an amazing place.  I flew around this crazy dark world (no up or down) of strange mechanical cylindrical formations.  I wish you could hear the awesome sound I heard as I flew by these electronic "buzzing" formations.  It was very loud, and my hearing was perfectly clear, my vision was only 50%.  I don't know if the world lacked color, or my vision did, but all I saw was black and white.  I was having a ton of fun!  The noise got really loud.  I tried to get back on track, and when I tried to open my eyes (to see clearer), I perceived that my "physical" eyes opened, but it was actually my dream eyes that opened.  The buzzing noise was still present.  Then I saw something floating above me.  It was like a big black pipe surrounded by cloth, or a rolled black blanket (similar to the formations before).  I saw this perfectly.  This excited me.  Not sure exactly why, but then it started to scared me.  I started freaking out and tried to "kick it" so that my mind would make it disappear.  Then I woke up.  It was completely spontaneous.  I can't wait until I have another!

Welcome to Dreams! / WILD resource

Does anyone here know of any superb books (or resources) on the method of Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming (WILD)?

Also, has anyone found a book (or excellent resource that was not written by Frank) on phasing yet?

Thanks

I have a few questions regarding phasing and variables required for success.  Any help would be really appreciated.

What state of mind is required for you to phase?  How aware are you about where you are and what you are doing during this process?  How conscious are you in general?  What level of trance are you in?

Do you try to phase or do you just set up the right circumstances and let it happen?  Can you describe your over all process, including your state of mind, and its change throughout the process?  For example, you might clear you mind of all thoughts until it happens, or drift off into a day dream and suddenly realize you are on the verge of projection.

Do you know when you are about to phase?  Can you describe the circumstances just before it actually occurs?

Thanks

How does a WILD compare with astral phasing? What are the similarities and differences?  Which do you prefer?

I think I have made a lot a progress with phasing.  However, I can never make the final step, and fully focus my consciousness. Here is what happened to me a few minutes ago, when I attempted to phase into the astral realm:

Basically, I just meditated in a full trance until I saw strong hypnogogic imagery.  I paid attention to every detail.  I saw swirls; swirls that when I followed (focused on) them, would take me to places.  These random places were nothing more that abstract spaces with other swirls and objects, and small brief visions and images of objects and places that may be in the astral realm, or just a creation of my mind.  I watched these for a while, until I began to hear voices.  These voices were not mine, but deep voices of wisdom, or just random voices speaking random words as I traveled through these abstract "rides" (this is not nearly as exciting as it sounds).  These voices were incredibly realistic, as if I was truly listening to them with my physical ears. (while all of this was happening, I did have moments where I forgot that I was in my room, meditating.  However, the whole experience was nothing more than a 2D vision.  It was more like a vivid day dream than what I picture a real AP to be) I had the desire to speak with someone who can help me (in the astral realm). I found this person and he told me to imagine a place where I would want to be.  I asked him for a suggestion and he said a rocky mountain or something, but I perceived that suggestion as Death mountain trail, which is from the legend of zelda ocarina of time (not sure why).  So I did this.  I imaged walking into Goron city and talking with the gorons.  Again, it felt more like a 2D daydream then an actual projection, although it was my focus of attention.  It was kind of like a non vivid 2d dream.  I tried many other methods (being at a beach, grabbing objects, willing the formation of a tunnel, moving my body in repetitive motions, playing radiohead on the piano) but I just never made the full transition.  What can I do to make the final transition?
#15
Bruce Moen has a method of reaching AP input, that does not involve a 3d first person perspective, but a symbolic, more mental experience  of astral reality.  Although it does not require a full trance, would this make it easier or more real?  I cannot AP, and this seems like a pretty easy way of finding answers and meaning.  I read a few early posts but I still don't understand it completely.  Can someone please tell me more about this?

It is obviously possible, but does anyone have any experience with physical healing though metaphysical means?  I know there is a new science on curing physical disorders with the mind alone (of course its the subject curing himself), I foget what its called.

If any can help me, I will be very gratefull.

I have been using this pretty frequently to syncronize my hemispheres and I have noticed remarkable results.

What you have to do is cross your eyes to make these two circles one.  When you can do this, you will probably see one side more dominant than the other.  Make the horizontal and vertical spaces form a perfect cross (through will power and concentration).  Its difficult at first to even get one second of a distortedcross, but with practice, you should be able to maintain a perfect cross for minutes at a time.  Trust me, it gets easier every time.  I have noticed that my concentration has increase, as well as my intellegence.  I have actually grown more intellegent musically.  After 3 days of doing this (constantly throughout the day), I composed 2 songs that were much more intellegent than I am usually capible of.  My brother was suprized at my results, and began to do it throughout the day as well.  The next day he wrote the most intellegent song either of use have ever written.  My meditative skills have grown dramatically.  I still can't hold a perfect cross for over 10 seconds so I have much more to grow

trust me when I say this...

DO NOT OVER LOOK THIS!!!

I have been trying to AP for a few weeks and although I have not had too much success, I have had some.  At first I began with phasing.  I only tried it for a few days because I thought that robert bruce's method would be easier.  I actually did partially phase almost every time.  My mind subconciously created a scenery and I became part of that scenery.  This only lasted a few seconds though.  I also had a obe when I woke up at 5:00, stayed awake for 20 minutes, and went back to sleep.  I suddenly relized I was asleep, rolled out, and was out.  This did not last.  It took on an "alice in wonderland effect."  Anyways, lately Ive been trying to open my chakras.  I imagine that as I breath in, energy from my feet goes up my legs, and continues untill it reaches a chakra.  Then, as I breath out, I imagine my hands opening that chakra.  What do you think is the best way to open chakras?

I am currently using Robert Bruces method of astral projection, and I really like this method.  What I've noticed, is that everytime I try or practice astral projection (which ever method I use), I get too distracted.  Not by external sounds (well sometimes), I just forget what I am doing and sort of drift off.  I think that is the biggest thing preventing me from AP.  Does anyone know of any concentration excersises that could help me focus better?

I have been using the excerise (excersise 2) where there are two circles, one with a horizontal gap, and the other with a vertical.  You have too cross your eyes to complete a third circle.  In order to complete a perfect cross (very difficult), you must syncronize your two hemisphers.
You can find that here http://thiaoouba.com/aura_eye_exercise.htm.  I can do this for a while (15 seconds mabe) without screwing up but I get exponentially better every day and I feel really peaceful after I do it.
Here is an easier version http://thiaoouba.com/yinyan.htm, its a little too easy in my oppinion.

Also, I havent done this yet but has any of you tried this?  Its called the candle method.

According to frank, we all decided (in F4) to become physical for the purpose of experiencing life.  Will we stay in F4 forever when we phase into it (after we die), or will we return to this physical world to experience more in a continuous cycle?  It would seem like all of the positive experiences of of the universe would be overwhelming enough (not to mention what could still be created).

Thanks

Does anyone know were animals go when they die?  Do they enter Focus 3 as humans do?  But if humans have trouble moving on to the higher levels of F3 and then F4, how in the world would a rabbit or an insect, or even bacteria?  Do the animals reincarnate into a more intelligent form of life so that they too will be ready for F3?  If reincarnation is real, is that its purpose; to expand a consciousness's understanding of the universe by starting off simple and ending compex?  Mabey they go to such a low branch of F3 that it takes them billions of years to develop the mental understanding that is required to reach the higher branches.  It really bothers me when peoples think that animals are in any way lower that humans, because we really aren't.  Its obvious that animals are conscious, so they must be a part of focus 4, right?  Any information would really be appreciated.

Has anyone had any success with astral projection through the use of binaural beats?  I have never astral projected, but I think Ive gotten close while listening to alpha-theta.  I begin to feel an avalanche of energy that overwhelms me, but when I really start to loose physical value my heart rate increases, which brings me back to physical awareness.

Thanks
