ive dreamt about my ex girlfriend 4 times last week, not in a sexual way just like being with her, does it mean anything because its happened a lot

I've never actually as far as I know astrally projected, when i relax and try i sometimes go really dizzy and i feel like i am spinning, and sometimes i get twitchy movements, also i sometimes see faint swirling lights when my eyes are closed. What is this and when i get the spinny feeling what can i do to have an OBE?

i was wondering if spirits can be stopped from showing themselves to people whether it be in a dream or visually, some form of contact letting you know that they are ok. some of you may have read my previous post that my nan died not to long ago and my mom told her to come back and let someone know shes ok, i think thats whats keeping my grandad even more down, because he just wants to know if she is ok, is there a reason she hasnt came back to him, he says he felt a kiss on his cheek the night after she died but she hasnt told him whether she is ok or not.

hello everyone 

not long ago my nan died i am past the worst now though, anyway lately there have been some strange happenings going on and i thoght it would be good to create a topic where people can discuss and share each others experiences, some of mine recently have been around me personally and some around family members. one around me is after my nan died i started listening to this song i had downloaded a few days before as it reminded me of her, several days later as i turn the computer on this song starts playing full blast??? well it was a shock and it would not turn off untill it finished this song also turned out to be the song my nan listened to repeatedly when her mom died.

another one would be at my nan and grandads house, there were some of my grandads pills in the room and a folder full of my nans cancer files, so my grandad went home to find his pills open all over the floor and the cancer files on a shelf in the center of the room. many other strange things have happened in my cousins house and around them also.

well here i am again
well a while ago now my dad told me about a dream and in this dream he saw a large foreign plane  that crashed into a dark secluded place, the plane had crashed in the dream due to a fuel leak, now i think it was 3 days later that an air kenya plane crashed and landed in a rainforest (about as secluded as one can get)

well he then told me this wasnt the first time a dream had came true he said he this had happened i think with  atleast 3 other plane crashes many years  ago and once with a train disaster i dont think that can be put down to coincidence,

    now i was wondering whether these ''abilities'' are able to be passed down, lately my dreams have been very clear i have witnessed sleep paralysis which at the time was induced by a spirit rising through the floor and poking me (i believe a may have been awake at that time) and something unexplainable (read my resent post for more details ''help me wat happened'' in this section)  also i dreamt of something happening in school dont want to go into details but i'll say it involves being nervous around school and even at home sometimes in the dream, now something then happened to me a week or so later which means i am very wary around school and the people i see in that time and at home, finally i remember dreaming about a loved one and finding out she had a incurable disease (not a very nice dream) now around six months later my nan is terminally ill with lung and possibly bone cancer

       do you think this is a coincidence or an ''ability'' that has been passed down etc

ok i was sleepin last night as people tend to do lol
anyway i woke up quite scared for some strange reason i wanted to get out of my room so i jumped up and walked towards the door hoping to get out (both legs worked fine), i took a few steps
then half way thru a step my leg stopped and felt like i was getting pulled back, i really started brickin it now i didnt want to look behind me i just started to pull myself out.
my left leg worked fine but as i took a step with my right it got yanked back and felt like something was stopping me leaving the room, at this point i was holding onto the door frame trying to pull myself free, i couldnt, seemed i was fighting a losing battle i called someone in and it suddenly stopped!!!!

wat the f*** happened i would really appreciate an answer

in britain over the last few days (august 12th-14th) there has been a meteor shower. i heard about it and had a look i managed to spot 26 decent and definate meteors, anyway on te 14th i was looking at the sky around half 11 and i started seeing these tiny things they were aout the same size as a star you look at (a bright star) and they were moving, at first i thought they were planes but when i saw planes go past i knew these were much much higher up probobly out of the earths atmosphere.

i watched them some were faster than others many came from 1 place in particular, some didnt and some even moved in a curved line following each other, they were very different to the metors i saw .

do you think they could of been ufos or types of alien craft.

ok so i'm almost positive this is sleep paralysis,
i was dreaming about something cant quite remember then suddenley i felt everthing became real clear
as if ive woken up and i look round im back in bedroom all of a sudden in the exact position i fell asleep in my room is exactly how it should be with everything in the right place, i then think about my dad {who is alive} and instantly this invisible spirit thing shouts YEH U BETTA TALK NICE ABOUT ME !!!
it then presses down on my neck and i instantly went into shock couldnt move, i then wake up again properly and everything is the same the position im in is exactly the same and im still paralysed i try calling out but i cant eventually i wriggle out of it and think WTF just happened

was this sleep paralysis and why was i paralysed in my dream only to find when i wake up in the exact position and place i am???

last night i woke up at around 3 in the morning and looked around but i DID NOT move, i felt a tingling sensation all over except my leg, so i said to myself why isnt it feeling tingly so i made it tingle i havnt a clue how. I wasn't thinking really i was extremelly relaxed so an obe attempt unfortunately didnt cross my mind,

i was wondering if this was anything like sleep paralysis???

i have done energy work through my hands and can now create the feeling of air bouncing off my hands and the feeling my hands are being pushed apart, what i'd like to know is how to see the energy how do i use auric vision?

last night was my first experience of a lucid dream, it was grat even though it only lasted about ten seconds,

the lucidness came after i realised i was walking around in my boxers in school and i sat down, i said to myself hang on this is a dream and to prove it i stood up and went to take off in a superman stance i shot up and managed to reach the really high ceiling, i thought i would fall but i didn't i kept floating like swimming in mid-air, but then i got the feeling i was being taken away from the lucidness i tried to stay but i was sucked back in and ended up somewhere completely different, is their a way to lengthen a lucid dream

today i was practicing drawing energy from the ground and storing it around my stomach after a few minutes i decided to make the energy flow out through my hands they felt cold like air was coming out of them i turned my hands over so they faced each other (palm to palm) and i felt like a force between them i decided to cup my hands and then in between my hands it felt like something was pushing them apart like when you put magnets together and they push


is this close

i am having some problems and cant find answers i hope someone can answer them,

1. Firstly, on many techniques should i have my eyes closed or open and should  keep them closed?
   how do i see the astral is it the minds eye?

2. Secondly, i'm not sure whether to move physicaly on a rollout technique or create the feeling i am what
    are you supposed to do
