I was always pretty skeptical of astral projection, particularly when a good friend of mine told me about his experiences. So I decided to find out for myself (and became captivated by all the stories and techniques I was reading about). Then, it happened, totally unexpected as I was taking an afternoon nap with my GF. I awoke paralyzed, hearing a high pitched noise, feeling a tingling sensation much similar to what I had read about. So I then focused my attention on the ceiling and then I was out. SO strange, I can not believe more people don't know about this. Anyways, that's my story and this is my first to say hi
