Hi All,
I have had a couple of Lucid dreams etc, and am slowly getting to the point of being awake when it is done. It's getting that final point out that seems to be a little tricky.
1. I started practicing for a fully concious exit about 4 days ago. The first time I tried, I was buzzing etc but couldn't get out - my head felt stuck and it felt like my feet were up near the top of the room. However my chest felt like It was in ecstacy, and I didn't sleep all night because I was so full of energy after the experience.
2. The second time I tried the rope technique and after climbing for ages I could feel one leg out, and a little bit of my upper torso was out but my mid waist was stuck and I felt really heavy....then I could feel a tickle in the middle if my back, and then my back felt all light - it was weird, but I still couldnt move, and eventually it all just faded until I was in my body again.
3. The third time I could feel my head slipping away and all of a sudden I could slowly move my head, and I could feel the matter of my physical body moving through my head as I moved - strange feeling. But that's as far as I got. As soon as I tried to move any other part of my body as well, I ended up moving my physical body and it was all over.
4. The fourth time my head came out again, but this time it was below my physical head, I know this because I could feel my breathing from my physical body blowing air on my face, so I must have been slightly below myself.
5. Last night I relaxed again, felt the floating sensation but couldn't see anything even though I tried. I felt really light and felt like I was all the way out and my head must of been out this time because I could hear the ticking of a clock in my room - but there is no clock. When I got out of bed today I went to my desk and realised my watch was on the desk but it has no ticking hand on it. So I put the watch up to my ear and I could hear it ticking very very quietly, however when my head was out of my body last night I could have sworn there was a clock on my desk ticking away - it seemed so loud, so my hearing senses had obviously been working outside of my body.
6. I have tried the rope technique - that's nothing but hard work. The ladder hasn't worked either. Picturing myself near the door looking back at myself has been a little bit better, but not the greatest sense. But what gives me the most amount of energy and buzzing is when I put music headphones on and raise my vibrational energy and picture myself flying....it is very clear when I do this and my body just feels like it is plugged into the power socket in the wall, but I am more concious of my body even though the flying seems a tiny bit real. I just haven't yet been able to "crack it open" and get fully out and fully concious of it. After trying all this and once I go to sleep I usually get a lucid dream or two which seem to go on forever as I slept in til lunch time today, and my dream felt like it went for hours. I am sick of dreaming though, I am aiming to do it fully concious.
Any help or suggestions?
Cheers
Justin
