Hi everyone. after months of browsing this forum i eventually decided to sign up.
Heres a brief overview of my journey so far...
Im 21 now but Ive always been spiritually inclined. This probably started when i was a small boy and used to see ghosts and other strange things occasionally. This stopped for years and i didnt think about it much. about 6 months ago, i had a sleep paralysis experience where i woke up unable to move and unable to react to a hooded figure i could see and feel in the room. somehow i managed to relax and drift off to sleep again... After doing some research on this topic i stumbled accross astral projection started my research on this as well. after reading up for a few days i felt ready to give it a go, and this turned out to be a surprising experience. After relaxing my body for a few minutes while concentrating on my breathing and third eye i imagined myself rising up out of my body with every breath. i could actually feel the pulling sensation and my eyes fluttered uncontrollably. Suddenly my vision went completely black... and noticably more 3d than before. i could also see tiny lights in the distance... almost like stars... then the vibrations started and the buzzing in my ears. this being my first time ever trying, i got overwhelmed by a mixture of excitement and fear and opened my eyes. my body was shaking afterwards and i felt out of energy. After weeks of trying some more, i was never able to get that experience again. I think i may have realised i was not ready at that time so my body just wouldnt let me. but anyway, after a little while not really thinking about it im ready to try get our again. hopefully the input of everyone in this forum will help me on my journey and hopefully i can inspire some along the way too.
