Hi I have been Astral Projecting regularly for about two years. I have read numerous articles on  the subject but there are a couple of things that remain unclear.

When you astral project you can go to the past present or future right??

Is it possible that while astral projecting, you somehow always go to the same place?

For example: you find yourself "visiting" the same person over and over again, even though you dont want to.

HI, just a little info about my Astral projection experiences,

I started astral projecting like last december, at first it was kinda scary because I didnt beleive in AP. I didnt even know I was projecting, I remember having my first APs and Id be really scared. I went on my christmas vacations, hoping the AP would just go away just as they came, but they didnt. I thought i was going crazy because there was'nt a night when I wouldn't AP it came to the point that I was afraid of falling asleep. Then I saw this talkshow about Astral planes and traveling, and I started researching a little about it and thats when I realized that I was AP every single night.

I have two questions: one when you AP can other people see you?? (I astral projected all the way to Mexico and when I was returning to my body I decided to check on my mom first, and I think she somehow saw me or sensed me because she was so scared she said saw a shadow)

and two: how often does AP occur to people? I mean can you astral project right after you return to your body?? (I have been projecting and then abruptly returning to my body only to project again, is it normal??)
