Hey everyone I'm sorta new here.

Anyways for the past few days I've really taken an active step in accelerating my spiritual life.

The past 2 or 3 days I've meditated an hour each night before bed.

And that might not sound like much but I think I'm getting some results.

At around 30 or 40 minutes into my meditation I really start to feel the so called "vibrations". It's hard to describe but they start slow and gradually intensify up to a point. Then I'm not sure I think I don't know how to continue with it or go deeper into it. I'm sort of getting over a cough so I'll be meditating and every now and then have to clear my throat, which sort of takes away some of my focus on the vibrations, it's distracting. But it's not discouraging lol!!

Also for anyone wondering my meditation "regimen" basically it's just for an hour or so before I go to bed each night. Usually in the early hours of the morning around 12 30 or 1 00 until about 2 00 or so.

If any of you guys have any advice it would be much appreciated.
