I've been curious about this for a very long time and would like to hear some peoples therories or experiences with a "god" or a god figure in the astral plains. I have a pretty open mind so let me hear your therories please.

Lately everynight i've been unwinding meditating and listening to the salvia dragon mp3. Anyways so just like 20 mins ago I was listening and all of a sudden i tought some small creature was humping my lower leg, (it felt like it was moving) and im wondering if these were the astral vibrations? Also i keep getting this weird feeling as if someone was shaking my mind, when im meditating are these the vibrations?

Im new to OBEs and have only had one LD, but im very interested in haveing and OBE. But my friends say that if you do it at night the whole planet will be crawling with shadow people and I wanted to know wether they exist and if they do wether they can cause harm. Also i would like to know as soon as i start to have an OBE will there be demons or will i have to go to a different realm for that?
