Hi Everyone,

ive been wondering for a while now, what does the Astral Energy level of forum members mean?

what is it for and how does one raise his/her Astral Energy?

I have just recorded an experience i had last night in my dream diary,

I was on a raised hill with some big concrete slabs as steps leading down and a few grassy areas around.
All the air around me was filled with thick fog, i tried to look around for objects in the environment but i couldn't see more than an arms length in front of my face.
The next thing i knew i was diagonally face down lying on the steps. At a weird angle, i was finding it hard to get back up and get back into a normal position.

I then tried to move for real (I tried to move my physical arms and legs in bed to roll over) and i couldn't.. i tried again with a lot of effort but i couldn't move at all! I realised i must be in sleep paralysis so i tried blasting upwards with my astral legs, like i was jumping up like a rocket, and i could actually feel the sensation of me doing this! i managed to move up and out a little bit, perhaps six inches out of phase with my physical body but i remember nothing after this...


Does this sound like i was in a dream or an OBE when i was in the fog?

i originally thought it was a dream but it occurred to me that it might be an OBE because I'm reading Astral Dynamics and it says about vision problems that can be encountered, i didn't think to remedy the vision problem with a loud affirmation at the time unfortunately!

i would be very grateful for any feedback!
