This is my first post on this forum, so hello all.  I previously decided to de-lurk when I achieved conscious controlled projection, unfortunately this is not yet the case, but decided nevertheless to be proactive here in the hope that it will aid its conception.  So hello all, it's a pleasure to be here!

My question to all you enviable astral travellers is what was the 'eureka moment' that pushed you over the edge?  What was the realisation that made everything fit in to place?  What one bit of advice would you give an amateur like me?
