Me, going on about past experience again ) not sure where this belongs, feel free to move it.

A few years ago when I did AP, I was going somewhere on a bus..to college I think...i was sitting at the back of the bus, then at a bus stop a guy got on. I was watching him paying his bus fare and walking towards me. He sat a couple of seats in front of me. Then, I stopped focusing my eyes on him for literally less than a second then refocused and I was watching the exact same scenario over again. This same guy paying bus fare and coming towards me...even if he decided to sprint back  to the  driver it would still take too long plus I would've noticed movement. And it wasn't someone else dressed like him...it was as though someone hit rewind and play buttons.

I've mentioned in the introduction thread that I posted on a different forum, which I don't think still exists, I told people on there about this, and apparently similar has happened before to a few of them

Sorry if a similar thread exists...i find it difficult to search on here, I know how to search, but a lot of times it comes up with irrelevant stuff.

I remember having my second OOBE...was sort of floating above the bed, and there was a spirit of a man near me, just watching...and I shouted at him. I don' know where that came from...he did nothing to upset me.
There was another time during an out of body experience...i was in my room, and a young female ghost. She was trying to say something....then my mouth opened, and I couldn't stop, I was  calling her all sorts...I felt so bad after this. I am not like this at all, I'm normally nice, polite and quiet.
Is this something else to learn when oobe/ap..to control emotions? Or does it simply mean  that i'm not as nice as I'd like to think

Not sure what sub-forum this belongs in, but I'll post in dreams as it happens when I go to bed. I know a lot of you must experience this....you know when you go to bed and just close your eyes and you see different images and sometimes sounds in your head, totally random things.. I feel like a radio at times like this =) once in a while though I'd get an image....ohhh, I don't know, lets say for example 2-3 second image of a shopping centre and a person near ..I feel as if for those 2seconds I am completely IN that scenario, I feel the emotions, I know the person near, I know what I'm doing there...and the next second its gone...if I try to get that mental image back-its just a picture, there's no deep connection anymore. It difficult to explain on a forum, I'm sorry if this is confusing....i guess I'm trying to say for a second I feel like I'm almost someone else, or tuned in to someone somehow. Like I said, its only for a second or two....just curious about what this is

i'd like to share i dream i had a few years ago when i did AP occasionally. I didn't try AP that day. Dream was very vivid and realistic, i don't think i had a dream like this ever again.

A little bit of pre-history....i remember my mum talking about her ex husband(before she married my dad) and that she had an abortion....didn't think anything of it then, untill the dream.

So, in my dream i'm in what looks like an abandoned warehouse, it wasn't scary though, it was very light...big windows, walls painted white inside. I found a boy there, i'd say he looked about 8-10 years old...he spoke and he asked if i was Valentina(my mum's name) and i said "no, i'm ..(said my name)" and instantly he seemed very happy...and at that point in a dream i knew he must be my brother...i don't know why, i just did(i've nerver even thought about it before the dream). I also remember him saying that my grandmother and grandfather brought him here to meet me.
When i woke up, i was so emotional...happy bad sad. I even cried later that day.

the only thing confuses me is his age...in life he would be at least 10 years older than me...but i guess there is no "time" there.

Hello) new to the forum but not to AP. Had my first out of body experience almost 10 ago. There was a forum either outofbody.org.uk or something similar, which i posted at...i was hoping to find it again, but found this.
My out of body experiences happened over 3 year period, then i had a scary experience, after which i said to myself "i'm done with it...never again etc.." and i guess i subconsciously blocked the ability to OOBE as i wasn't able to do it. Im interested in giving it another go, though i know im not quite ready yet to try again, so i'll just read posts on here,and maybe share some of my experiences with you.
