i've been hearing some voices of my own. at first they startled me but now i like and look forward to them. if you can actually communicate w/ the voice it would be a great distraction from your body and would probably help tremendously in getting out. you may try and feel yourself moving towards wherever the voice is. you don't have to know where it is, just feel yourself moving there when you hear it.
the vibes are scary at first. even after reading about it so many times, i don't believe anyone felt ok w/ them the first time they were felt. they grow on you though, fast. you're on the right track, keep it up.

Hey.
I agree. I think it would be awesome to travel to places in this realm, as well as the astral. I would like to maybe explore the ocean, or maybe sit inside the sun for a while.
I'd like to explore the universe and see other lifeforms. I'd be interested in hearing people's experiences about these.
