Yeah, I still haven't tried listening to the whole video, but somewhere along the 4-minute mark, I started feeling odd and I heard something like howling...I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the recording.

Anyone tried this yet?

 

Yeah. So, I'm interested in AP, but I want to be prepared about it. What will I experience the first time I try it? Will I be able to travel the physical world or only the Astral? I read some of the guides, but they weren't really helpful.

So...yeah...any help?
