Hey. I finally im able to project. Thanks God. I projected twice this morning and  I projected once yesterday.
But I have this problem. I keep losing consciousness. I be focus and everything but I still lose it.

I rub my hands like I read once. And it works sometimes but fir like 5 second.

I am able  to fly and go through walls and everything and im not afraid..

So can someone please help  and tell me  wrong?

So when im in the SP  Do i have to try to get out of my body or i just hace to get out without thinking about it?

What i mean is. I have to be sure that im going to get out

 Hello friends. My name is David and im new to the forum. Hope we can all get along.

Okay first of all. I used to astral project once when i was in church (christian church) i projected around 4 time conciously. But after i left church i havent had any success at it. My question is why cant i project anymore.  I can get to the vivration state a lot. But when i try to project. I cant project. But i have felt like someone or something is pulling my leg. I dont know who it is or what it is. Can anyone help me here??

Okay last night i was trying to project and when i was relaxing i ask in my mind for someone to help me to teach me how to project cuz i dont know. But i felt asleep. And in my dream ( i know i was deeaming because i wasnt in my room) i saw myself in my old house in my room. And with me i saw this ugly looking thing (could that be my guide) he was telling me something but i dont remember what he said but then he left and i lay down in the bed and close my eyes and i was trying to astral project and i was trying to get my conciousness out of my body and i did. I sent my conciousness to the street and i saw that i was there..

Does that mean that whatever that creature was telling me to do was that. To send my conciousness out of my body.. And if thats so. Can i really do that??
