Hi, I found this forum today and am glad to see so much helpful information here.  I've been interested in astral projection for quite some time, but only started practicing exit techniques in September.  I had to stop practicing because life got really hectic and crazy for a while and I could never get relaxed enough to reach a good meditative state.  I think that I am in a place where I could achieve the necessary state of mind, but I just found out that I am pregnant...does anyone know if it is advisable to try astral projection while pregnant?

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and I'm looking forward to exploring this forum more.
