The most potent form of healing comes from yourself and all you have to do is stay comfortable for as much time as possible, take medications if there are any available and keep positive thoughts, remain happy no matter how bad you feel and don't let the illness get you down. Another more energy based method which takes no practice, is to meditate and focus on the areas of your body that ache or have problems. In doing this healing energy will begin to flow to those locations more readily than normal. The most important thing to remember in my humble opinion is to remember that you control the illness not the other way around. You are in my thoughts I hope you feel better soon.
