The most potent form of healing comes from yourself and all you have to do is stay comfortable for as much time as possible, take medications if there are any available and keep positive thoughts, remain happy no matter how bad you feel and don't let the illness get you down.  Another more energy based method which takes no practice, is to meditate and focus on the areas of your body that ache or have problems.  In doing this healing energy will begin to flow to those locations more readily than normal.  The most important thing to remember in my humble opinion is to remember that you control the illness not the other way around.  You are in my thoughts I hope you feel better soon.

i get the same thing, almost like small stars that float around with little glow, or like fire flies only alot smaller. i think that it happens when ppl relax or get weak cuz its the energy flow in your body. when you relax too much then your energy flow slows down drastically because your body doesn't require as much, so it goes from flowing to hardly flowing, like damming up a stream or something. or like when you get up from a chair or something really fast and you start to black out. And the "when im really weak" part of it is when you r just low on energy, its your bodies way of telling you that you're low on energy, for those cases where you r too stubborn to pay attention to your energy levels, lol.

Yes. Energy training can infact help the physical body... It wont make you toned or jacked up [ unless your developing a technique that does infact, do just that ] but it can help with building nerves back, or makeing them stronger.

Aswell as that, if a person manages to use energy in such a way to keep themselves 'neg free' or 'blockage-less' then that person will most likely have a LOT of energy to keep them from feeling 'drained of energy' [no pun intended] and exausted, easily. Plus that person would probobly be more optomistic and cheery about things, and stress free, wich is also a Very healthy thing.

Just the usual kind of stuff that beginners tend to react towards. I call it the, "fish out of water effect." Under such circumstances a person's sense of awareness naturally tends to become polarised. With a little work, after a while this beginning phase can be overcome to the extent where it becomes possible to maintain a more neutral outlook, more and more of the time.

for me (i may have a natural ability at this) i use a combination of sleep deprivation, caffiene, and attention to details.....to eloborate, i try to only get around 2 hours of sleep a few times a day so that i don't go into "deep sleep"....the caffiene (besides helping me stay awake) keeps my mind very awake while my physical body is very tired.....as i go to sleep i just watch the closed eyes view....blackness,  colors, tunnel,  etc. then can kindof "feel" the moment i fall asleep (usually only about 2 minutes at most for me) then i just "get up" basically..... no "exit symptoms either"....i am then in the "realtime zone" and usually stay there for a few minutes then enter into a lucid dream (i guess i could enter elsewhere, but i personally enjoy the lucid dreaming aspect)  i have been doing this off and on for many years....

I am Christian, and I strongly belive in my religion.  There is nothing in Christianity that opposes the use of ki, for it is only a source of energy, not a replacement for god, or the holy spirit.

It is not necessary to intentionally work on the third eye. It is actually not a main chakra in the Buddhist system. Seeing energy is not particularly important and it is not a particularly high accomplishment.

It is possible. So what steps have you taken to make sure that it is just the ki that they are reacting to and that no other factor could be involved?

Am I to beleive he was speaking about you at this point? LOL.  I'm always on when he's on.  He tells me about all the success he has.

OBE or OOBE - Out of Body Experience.

An Out of Body Experience is any experience where you are aware of yourself and are out of your body (ie, you can see yourself, or your floating, and various other sensations)

There are several types of Out of Body Experiences. Your consciousness can be shifted to different energy bodies, so you can walk around on the lowest plane of the astral, and can still see the normal world, which is refered to as the Real Time Zone, by some. Higher up you go, the more magnificent (or frightening) it can become. The Astral is influenced easily by the mind, but not everything there is an illusion.


Remote viewing is similar to an obe, but not as extreme.

Lucid Dreaming is where you are aware that you're a dream and can control it. "Hey, I'm dreaming! I want to see my friends!" *poof! your friends are there*

Most things in a lucid dream are creations of the mind.



Well, any damage that may occur isn't going to be physical. Unless you have a lot of fears, you should be ok.
