Who were you telling.. uh yourself was murdered? One of your freinds? You said It went on for like 2 mins, so what all did you say? I have heard voices before, but only like one word, never anything like this. Explain the message for a full evaluation.

You are certainly not alone in having trouble with your initial projection. If you read AstralPulse (and other website forums) long enough you will notice that many people complain of similar problems.
Floating sensations during sleep and meditation Are peaceful. Each time those sensations occur stay relaxed. OBEs are as much the result of 'going with the flow' as they are the result of deliberate intention. (Few people can actually induce deliberate projections from meditation.)
Don't give up. Keep expecting and looking for floating sensations during sleep and/or meditation. Many times (most times) projection is a result of the number of attempts made. Keep wanting to project and keep trying to project and eventually you Will project. Good luck.[

I've also experienced that many times.One time someone was trying to wake me up.I could hear them, but I couldn't move or respond.It's kind of fun,but annoying when you're trying to wake up, and your body says "no thanks"!

Sometimes infrequently as I'm about to drift into sleep I get a huge bright flash in my vision as if it is behind my eyelids, and a cracking noise in my room about a meter away from me. But it only happens when I'm about to go to sleep and its never happened near another person. So maybe it's just my brain[]. I have never heard of or experienced any psychic attack involving a bright flash. Except that sometimes entities apparently can make a click that can be heard in the physical plane as they shift into a space near you.
Other than the strange experience that is your vision going flashy, do you experience any pain, discomfort or do you feel violated or uncomfortable when it happens? Also think back to when it has happened and consider where and when it occurred and how tired you were. Did the person comment on also seeing a flash? Or where they perhaps commenting on your external physical response to the shock you got when you saw the flash? If that is a possibility id consult a doctor, its always good to rule out everything mundane first.
