This relates to the post that weagle made in the OBE discussions section, under "astral projection free course".
The courses (astral projection, self-knowledge, and Esoteric) are, as many of you know, found at //www.mysticweb.org .
I am in week two of the self-knowledge course and have to say it has greatly influenced how I think and act over just the past few days. I feel the course gives you so much to contemplate. In week 2, the author writes all about becoming aware (very important[
]) throughout the day and outlines the different egos and selves that are in control of rapidly changing moods and emotions that usually clog up our serenity and wisdom. Then he gives a freely downloadable version of a book called "Revolutionary Psychology" which goes into the depths of human consciousness and gives new perspectives as to the probabilities of why the world is in the way it is now.
I highly recommend this course and the other free courses to anyone who is seriously searching for spiritual growth. The Astral course may not be the most interesting, but the self-knowledge is, and I believe the Esoteric course is just the same. You may have to wait a while to join, but the rewards are amazing, even if the information given can at least give you some inspiration and guidelines to think about.
I can hardly wait for week 3[
