Hello,

before sleep sometimes I try to do the phasing technique. I find that while that I can be immersed in the situation I create, I tend to lose track of what I am doing. When i regain consciousness, I already snapped myself out of the "zone". Am I doing this at a wrong time aka before bed? or should I just focus more intent?

Thanks !

Hello,

I am looking at the various cultures that observe astral projection, and I'm finding that there certain sects within the same belief system that practice astral projection more rigorously than others. I want to know which culture practices it the most? The Taoists, Hindus, Sufis or who? and from within said religion, which of the sects practices it more.

The reason I ask is because I intend to to move to a temple, ashram or anywhere else (temporarily for 5 years or so) to practice/evolve spiritually. Astral projection is very important to the process, but I am also interested in adopting new way of life and thinking which includes but is not limited to countless hours of meditation each day.

The question(s):

Where would you recommend going? More specifically, where and Who to go to in that country? Take India for example, it's huge, and there are many different people with different beliefs, and some are more interested in astral projection than others.

I appreciate any feedback, and hope to find good recommendations! Thanks.

P.S. I know it's not necessary to go anywhere to learn more about Astral Projection, but that is not the primary focus of my journey.

The problem:

The issue is that I get vibrations (sometimes with the buzzing noises), and they will linger for a while before they disappear. After they disappear, I try getting up and nothing.

More information:

  • I will drift in and out of sleep; getting into a state where I will naturally find myself in vibration mode
  • From my previous efforts, I just let the vibrations play out. However, I find some thoughts tending to interfere with the process which i simply ignore. I take the back seat and let them do their thing without me putting any deep attention to them.
  • Is it these uncontrollable random thoughts that are stunting my progress? I do not exercise these thoughts, I look past them the best I can so that I am unfazed by them. But I could be doing something wrong? I don't know

Once you experience vibrations, what is the next step? Appreciate any feedback!

If so, anyone that tried it can report in?
