I astral projected to a random house. The thing was invisible but for some reason I was completely aware of it's presence in this house I was in and knew exactly where it was in the exact room even though I couldn't see it. I went to it's location in the house and I said "grump, where are you" and it appeared before me out of nowhere. It was a woman with blue skin and black hair but looking very zombie like. She said "I'm gonna wrap you up and eat you!" Verbatim (tortillas!?!?) And before I could see it move I felt my head getting sucked off very fast like a vaccuum and I jerked back to my body. Very strange.

Every day? Every other day? Week? Month? Year? How long does it last? Can you do it whenever you like? Etc I do it every morning or every other morning.

Whenever I see the sun in the astral it is different from the normal sun. I can see it clearly stripped of it's blinding light. Idk is this normal?

I was 100% projecting, I flew so high that I saw the curvature of the earth. And I open my physical eyes, and I see the physical world in my room. I close my eyes again and I still see the astral. I blink and it goes back and forth. I even had one eye open and saw both. Has anyone else experienced this?

I always appear in random locations, this morning I attempted ap and imagined my spirit body doing pull ups, then for some reason I appear in a random location holding on to a tree trunk doing pull ups... who else appears in random places?

For some reason, in this (kinda lucid) dream I was in my house looking for a skillet, there was two giant bunnies (not energizer) standing near me facing me looking at me, I was looking in the fridge for a skillet (the fridge was full of skillets) I kept asking the other two bunnies "Where is the skillet" while pulling out skillets and tossing them over my shoulder, but they both replied in turns and they both kept replied with the same phrases. Bunny number one kept replying with "you mean the carrot?" And bunny number two kept replying with "you mean the banana?" And I kept replying with "no the skillet! Ugh!!" this repeated about ten times until I find a normal sized bunny that was in another skillet I pulled out and it had a battery slot. I for some reason shove the battery slot with one banana and one carrot and the bunny grows to the size to the other two bunnies and says "you mean the skillet?" I say "Yes!! Tell me where the skillet is" he says "inside the carrot" and shrinks back into normal bunny size and sits back in the skillet. For some reason I had high awareness in this dream visually and verbally I suppose but I still wasn't aware of the skillets I was throwing.

In this post, this person had gone astral and had more or less confirmed the existence of reptillians within our governments, has anyone else confirmed this with their spirit guides? What do they say?

I got out of body and teleported to a weird house that was more or less a painting (literally) and I saw what looked like paintings of animals and animal people moving (mooses in particular) I even looked at my hands and they too were painted. Oh, they also weren't distorting like my first few times. i wasn't there for very long until I got back to earth. Has anyone experienced anything similar?  I don't quite get it.

I'm new here and I gather from reading the posts im this section is that this is more or less the intendes purpose of API. So has anyone done it?

When me and my sister were small children we both shared similar dreams of Elephants and many of them. I remember for some reason at one point after dreaming of one, SERIOUSLY see an elephant in my window staring at me holding the curtain open with it's long  snout watching me. After seeing that I reacted with a scream swear I was awake and wasn't hallucinating. In fact, my awareness probably shot up a lot up to adult level for a moment. (Idk it was super weird) and I scared the elephant away. I was probably 3 when I had that experience but I never thought much of it much because I was young. I also remember talking to one of my friends recently and he said he had powerful dreams like that when he was young also.Only for him it was a snake. Has anyone else had anything similar? It seems everyone has really strong dreams when they are that young.

From reading up on this site some AP'ers have meetings, have you ever met up with anyone?

A while ago I recall dreaming about waking up, eating breakfast and going to the park across the street from me because it was nice out, and I met two people and got a long within really well. I also remember the exact appearence of these two people when I wake up, so not thinking anythng of it I eat breakfast and go to the park and what do I see? The two exact people I saw in my dream. But I didn't realize it until after I approached them and started talking to them for no apparent reason. Anyone recall having any experiences like this? Also, we're great friends even now, in hindsight, the dream/OBE was quite interesting.

 First I remember being in some weird place, either it was a church or a crypt, we had recieved warnings before we entered. "Don't toucch them, they are afflicted" we walk in, we see a bunch of foot eating zombies, they are all at a dining table and have human feet on a silver platter, dressed classy and even have a bib I have a conversation I don't remember, I end up drawing him a picture of death, (grim reaper skeleton) I lose his blue colored pencil he let me borrow, i am confused in the dream thinking "death isn't blue?" I find it and return it to him, the sun rises, and I gaze at the sun and I recieve a telepathic message from it "Head west" although it might have been east. Next dream, I am with an unfamiliar women, her identity is ambiguous to me as they always are in dreams. We are both wearing formal, and it looks like we are in a church or something, we have a conversation with a nun I don't remember I only remember her saying "welcome to the Temple of Black and White) and it appears this women brought me to that place for some reason I don't know, the women at the entrance grants us admission to see someone while this women seems to be doing all of the talking, we walk into an office looking room with a man sitting at the desk he says "your brother is very pretty" referring to me I guess but I don't think she was my sister. The women was doing all of the talking and at one point the man said "And he is mormon?"  Probably referring to my grandparents who brought me to mormon church when I was little or something though I was never mormon to begin with. Then I fade out of the dream and awaken.

Maybe I was her brother in a past life? Not quite sure. I don't quite get the meaning of the foot zombies at all.

Thought I'd share. the first thing I remember seeing was my dead grandfather. And he was chopping down telephone poles with a ridiculously huge axe, at first I had actually thought they must have been trees but nope, to my surprise when I looked up, they were most certainly telephone poles, yup. Then he approches me and asks me to help him and directs me to grab a tool over by a giant rock. (All huge axes, they were the size of refrigerators) and I proceed to chop down telephone poles also. We keep doing that, then we decide to take a break and we go to some nearby restruant, we walk in, he kisses me (creepy i know lol) we sit down and there this big guy starts a fight with a random person in the crowd. After that, I woke up. I'm not quite sure what any of that meant though.

-Can you have more than one spirit guide?
-Is your spirit guide exclusive to you or does is guide many people?
-I heard that your spirit guides are suppose to be similar to you from reading up on this forum but how can that be if we are more or less subject to are environment from our birth? (Blank slates)
-Can they be an ancestor/relative?

I think I've ap'd but not quite sure, I appeared in a random house after concentrating, saw some people, walked to the door of the house, passed through, and went out side and saw my shadow? Also, whenever there was a smokey looking shadow coming out of my head in sync with my thoughts. It was also kind of weird to move. Do you see your own shadow? was it ap? My hands were distorted after looking at them also
