So I've posted a previous experience on this SITE before, I just can't remember if it was on this thread. Regardless, that's neither here nor there. I'll mention the previous experience but only briefly, just so you don't have to research it if you're interested in the experience as a whole.

Last night I laid down for bed, nothing special at all. Well my forehead began to throb which is pretty typical for me, that's my tell tale sign that my body is drifting to sleep. Well I was day dreaming and was falling asleep but not quite there yet when out of nowhere I hear this voice right in my left ear and it said "Reeeeeeeeeeen" very garbled and raspy. So of course my eyes flew open because like I said I wasn't sleeping yet. Well when my eyes opened I felt a wave rush down my legs (I think maybe pre sleep paralysis symptoms) I would mention the rest but it could be attributed to my room mate walking around outside so i'll leave it out.

So I look up Ren definition and the first thing is a Confusious virtue which means : Ren (or Rén) (Chinese: 仁; pinyin: rén; Wade–Giles: jen) is the Confucian virtue denoting the good feeling a virtuous human experiences when being altruistic. 仁 is exemplified by a normal adult's protective feelings for children. It is considered the outward expression of Confucian ideals.

Any ideas anyone? Maybe is this a precursor of possible channeling in the future or maybe my guides telling me something. Last time this happened it was KIND of the same but only the word was "Exalt". Which the reason why I added this is because it SEEMS the messages are positive in nature. However, the voice does sound kind of messed up lol. Its disembodied and just doesn't sound natural. Any guidance guys?

So recently I had an experience where I started in a Lucid Dream which turned into Astral Projection. It was pretty interesting because it all happened so suddenly that I honestly wasn't prepared for the transition. Unfortunately I can't remember a lot of the experience because I was so lost in the dimension that I was in that returning to my body wasn't a thought that could possibly cross my mind. I wish I had but it was so awesome and too much fun! Well, without further ado, here's my experience!

Well I start by stating what I think caused the experience. I'm in the Army and my unit had a field exercise and with my job I typically get sent out on missions with a small team to set up radio network retransmission centers away from the chaos and clutter of our unit. So we got a mission and went on our way and set up on a nice little hill top off in the woods. We have to monitor the radio at all times so we decided we'd do 3 hour shifts each so I found myself a nice little spot under a tree to set up my hooch. Well I had the shittiest shift 0300 to 0600 so when my shift ended I was super tired from being woken up and I wanted to get a couple more hours. I went and laid down and fell asleep.

I had a dream that I was at my house and I was looking at myself in the mirror. Well, as I'm looking at myself in the mirror I realized my shirt was blue and white but it kind of had cloud patterns that seemed to move like the clouds in the sky. This caught my attention and my rational mind began to come forward. "When did I get this shirt?" "Why is it moving?" "When did I get home...I was just in the...IM DREAMING!"

As soon as I realized I was dreaming the dream world around me seemed to wink out and I was no longer there. Instantly I found myself in this dimension that wasn't physical at all, I was floating through this cloud of colors. There were more colors than I could count and the feeling was something like pure energy, almost like an intense cloud of static. I sat in this dimension for awhile and just enjoyed the intense waves of colorful energy around me. I knew for 100% certainty that i was in some form of Astral Projection. So as i sat there i had the thought that i would like to see a star up close, so after i had this thought i took off flying in whatever direction i felt was right. I remember leaving the world of color and i felt myself flying into space buy once i got there...i lost control of myself. 0 Gravity had an effect on me and i had trouble keeping balance. Shortly after this, i cant remember anything.

Tell me what you guys think, have you had experiences like this? I hope you enjoy my experience because i did!

Hey everyone, first and foremost thank you for taking time to read my thread! I have a few questions, mainly about how to start "fine tuning" what i feel to be psychic phenomena. I'm going to list a few of my experiences so you guys who are more experienced can either tell me what i am experiencing is truly phenomena that i can start training on, or if maybe i'm just using an over active imagination. Thanks!

Gas like figures- I see these a lot and have so for years. It's so hard to explain, sometimes they take on the shape of people and other times it's like a cloud or ball but all of them have the same "Gas/Fume" look to them, actually a good description would be like in the movie Predator and the Predator goes into stealth mode, how you can see through him but it's all wavy so you know something's there, it's like that. These experiences i know aren't just me because I've had multiple instances where i'm not the only one who see's them but animals pick up on them as well, dogs to be exact. Anyway can i learn to not just see "Fumes" but possibly see the entity that is around me? Would i actually WANT to see what they are or would that be one of those "Be careful what you wish for" things because i'd rather not see rotting people stuck in a horrible form of themselves.

Here are 2 examples of this happening to me, one being recent and one being a few years ago went something like this. (Ive had thousands of others experiences like this because i see them every day, however i could verify these experiences because an animal caught onto them as well.)

1.) Just the other day i was in my room on the computer listening to music at my parents house on my computer and my dog Willy came in to climb in bed with me. (Im home on vacation so im staying with my parents for a few weeks) Well as he came in we both caught glimpse of a ball like gas/fume thing that flew passed. I KNOW he saw it because we both looked noticed it at the same time and his head canted sideways like he had no idea what he was looking at. We both followed the thing around my room as it flew around my ceiling and then left.

2.) I had gotten married in 2010 after coming home from Iraq and we were staying at my friends house before i was to be shipped off to Germany. Well, my friends had a dog named Diamond and i remember me and my (ex) wife went off to bed and she came in with us. Multiple figures, i mean like 4 or 5 of them came into the room as well and they were....weird. One was crawling on the floor, another on the ceiling and the rest just seemed to be floating around the room almost like they were dancing in circles. Well Diamond went crazy, growling and snarling as she jumped into bed with us and as i followed her snarls and growls, she was growling at the figures i was watching. Our heads moved in unison as we looked around the room together watching these, things do all kinds of crazy stuff. My (ex) wife looks and says "What the hell is she growling at??" Then she saw that i was looking at too, she looked and then looked at me and said "Babe, what are you 2 looking at?" I didn't have the heart to tell her, i just said it must be a bug or something and told her to go to sleep. Me and Diamond watched these things together for over an hour.

Faces- This is another one that happens a lot. I've been doing Astral Projection for years (haven't had a ton of success but enough to keep me going) Well, when i get in a relaxed state these faces start coming through on my "Mental Screen". It's like dark gray faces on a black canvas so it's hard to really make them out, almost like they're cloudy. I'm not scared or intimidated by them at all but was just wondering how can i focus on them, or maybe even speak to them?

Possible Channeling- So, i have 2 different experiences, one where i feel an entity may have spoken through me and another where i was more or less speaking with a being in a trance state.

1.) I've had a couple of instances where I've laid down to take a nap or something and i'll be disturbed by a very definitive voice that isn't mine and i'll wake up immediately. I think it's actually coming from me though because i can FEEL something like it's passing through my throat, which is part of what wakes me up....but it's not my voice....if that makes sense? I was laying down for a nap one time and i had JUST drifted off when a very loud voice came through that said "Exalt". I obviously woke up instantly, I had no idea what the word even meant so i had to look it up.

2.) Last night i was laying in bed and attempted AP, i had my intent on visiting a friend of mine who passed away in 2005 so i was focusing my intent and love for her "outward into the universe". Seems a bit odd but it just felt right. Well, an image came through that looked a lot like her but she was like completely purple and pink, kind of shiny almost as if she was glimmering and on the center of her forehead was a lotus flower that was in bloom. Her face was kind of changing, some of them i recognized (even though i never seen them before) and some i didn't. So i decided to have a "Mental Conversation" with her. It went something like this.

(Me) I miss you (Her) I'm always with you, we're tied together. (Me) Why are your faces changing? Why do i recognize some of them? (Her) These are lives we've lived together, as i said, we're tied together. (Me) Why do you seem so inhuman? (Her) Because this form is of a higher density, her lower density decided to relive. (Me) You mean reincarnate? (Her) Kind of, she wished to live again (Me) Can i see her? (Her) Not at this time, you have your own path to go. It's time for me to go, remember, i am always just a thought away. (Me) Before you go, can i feel your energy? (Her) Of course. I felt like a gentle wave of relaxation go over me, nothing intense or powerful, just gentle. Then i opened my eyes, stretched and went to sleep.

I'm so unsure about a lot of these things, do things like this happen to you guys? If i'm in the like "Beginner" phases of using my abilities, what ways do you recommend me strengthening them? If not and i'm possibly crazy lol, is it something completely off the wall that you guys feel i may need to speak with someone about? I know this was long and you more than likely hate long posts but it was impossible to explain in so little words. Thank you for your time!

So i posted about a week ago about an experience that happened with me where i was givin a message is a clear and audible tone while i was drifting asleep one morning, the message that came to me was "Exalt!"

At first i was frightened, which is what lead me to this forum page, I've been on the astral projection page for some time now. One of the moderators on this page gave me a different angle to view the situation which i thank you for! Now i'm looking for a little advice on how to sharpen my senses?

I had another visit last night, this one was much less terrifying. I was laying down day dreaming about a fictional story i've been wanting to write, so i was following the charecters I created in whatever adventures they found themselves in, i was slowly drifting asleep. Then the same loud directive voice spoke to me which snatched me back to the waking state, however this time i couldn't make out what was said! All i know is it starts with a C, ends with an L and sounded like 1 word. I don't even know if it was in English. After i tried to put the word together but failed, i spoke out loud, "I can't understand what you said, i need to you to be more clear and use English next time."

However also, this experience had an interesting twist. First of all, after i was spoken to and brought back to the waking state, i felt this...fog...like energy basically caked over me. It wasn't scary...or exciting...i could just FEEL it all around me. Then i was brought into a fit of close OBE's (Out of Body Experiences). I mean, i was catching myself almost leaving my body every 5 minutes. Every time i'd just let go and   mentally allow myself to let the experience happen, id either start drifting out and instinctively focus on it or i'd literally start drifting asleep and feel myself either being dragged out or sucked out (Both instances happened). It wasn't scary or anything...i just honestly wish i would have made it out so i could speak with this being that seems interested in my development.

Needless to say, i didn't sleep much last night...maybe 2 hours total BUT....for whatever reason, i'm not tired at all. I feel completely energized, like i got a full nights sleep. Any suggestions?   

I'd like to start by saying that I've been dealing with the paranormal my entire life. The house I grew up in was haunted, not just witnessed by myself but also witnessed by my brother and several friends. Doors opening and closing on their own, pounding at the bathroom door and come to find no ones home, sounds of someone walking around in the house when everyones in bed...the list goes on and on.

However, i'm beginning to think of several conclusions. 1.) It or they followed ME....maybe because I was the one that noticed them. 2.) I have a "gift" for seeing/sensing/hearing them. I'm leaning more towards the second option because still to this day, even though I don't live in my parents house anymore, I still have experiences. Hence why I'm here.

It used to be that the experiences wouldn't bother me, most of the time I considered the spirit or spirits to be jokesters in a way. However now....I think I've attracted the attention of something sinister. I'm beginning to feel this dark presence...I can hear it walking around my room and then I just feel it stop short of my bed, almost like its just standing over me...then i'll hear it walk around some more...then walk back to my bed. This happens all night. I've been seeing orbs, with the naked eye, floating out of the corner of my eye. However, the latest experience is what caused me to turn to this page.

It's a two part experience....both pretty close to one another. The first experience, I was laying in bed on my back and really had no thoughts at all going through my mind. Literally just a "black canvas" when instantly a face flashed on my mental screen. It only stayed for a moment, but that moment it did stay....it was in complete clarity. It was a mans face, rough almost like he hadn't shaved in a few days. He had blue eyes and a mop of wet curled hair which resembled a dirty blonde color. The second instance, happened this morning. This morning I decided to take a nap before work because I got up a little early and had enough time to do so. I was laying down, with my eyes closed and just as I began to fall asleep I heard a deep mans voice say "Exalt" . I opened my eyes instantly and looked around....no one there.

I look up Exalt because I honestly didn't know what it meant and found that the word basically means to praise or raise. This troubles me, I kind of feel like this spirit is reaching out and is telling me to praise it. What do you guys think? Any suggestions or advice is both welcome and wanted. Thank you.

I was meditating in bed just now and had an interesting visual. The experience itself was completely in body, i had vibrations followed by some light body shifting, however i never "lifted off" or anything.

Anyways, i laid there looking into the darkness past my eyelids, i felt a pressure in the middle of my forehead which felt almost like a light brain freeze. As this past i spent time just enjoying the vibrations and the feel of it pulsating through my body. Then i had this image that seemed to flash for just a moment, however this moment was in incredible clarity and definition.

The terrain was desert like, dunes and sand for miles, i appeared to be viewing this "flash image" from a perspective where i was on the ground. The sky was a deep red and the clouds almost had a misty appearance to them, they weren't thick but more of shifting vapor. Then the main center of the attraction was this great black pyramid. It appeared to be made of black glass because you could see light reflecting off of it, it was truly a sight to behold.

However, as soon as it came, it was gone. It felt almost more like a quick snap shot then anything else. This all happened within a second, maybe 2 at most. There was no separation in consciousness and i was "awake" the whole time. It was just the way the image intruded into my mental screen that made me feel it was worthy of noting. I went from a black screen and just feeling vibrations to this image and back to black screen.

I just wanted to share and get your thoughts! Enjoy your travels!!

Let me start by mentioning that i had one of the closest conscious projections yet, so i feel like here soon, i'm not sure how soon, i'll be joining you folks on the Astral consciously! However, i'm not here for that, i had the intentions of learning about a past life last night. So during my attempt i focused on the intention on learning of a past life, even though i fell asleep, i feel like i had a semi conscious projection or just a VERY vivid dream...or nightmare rather. Well, i got what i asked for and i'm not very happy about the experience i received, however i'll look at it with an open mind. Anyway...here goes.

This life time was relatively close to our current era, i had a strong urge telling me it was the early 70's. I was a man, in my early 30's, i had brown hair that kind of waved down to my jaw bone, it was kind of glossy. (Complete opposite of my hair now) but for some reason i was terribly nervous. I could feel a semi wet clump in my jeans back pocket, but it felt like it was supposed to be there so i didn't pay it any mind.

Well, time fast forward instantly and i was at this womans house and we were wrestling each other. She was desperately fighting me and i was getting angry (it was strange because it was like i felt the emotions but at the same time i felt how i felt from an outside perspective, which was sick to my stomach). I knew what i was doing and it disgusted me down to the core, however, i continued to watch.

I pulled the wet clump out of my back pocket and held it tightly to her face covering her mouth and nose. She fought it for a second but eventually as she almost passed out from lack of oxygen, she breathed in and as she did i could feel the burning sensation in my nostrils and lungs.

Time fast forwards again and i'm over her naked body stricken with fear, she's dead and i'm pushing on her chest to try and bring her back but i can't. I didn't intend for her to die, i grab my things and run. Time fast forwards again.

I'm with my uncle and he's connected to this situation some how, i don't remember how or why but he was connected, the attitude and feeling i got from him was that he participated somehow. I on the other hand was mortified, i felt so disgusted with myself. My uncle stops at this apartment complex, we were in an old 70's truck, possibly a ford or chevy and he say's he'll be back and he leaves. I think this is where we lived because my mom was there too. When i saw her i broke down and confessed to everything i had done. Time fast forwards.

I'm in prison and i feel better. I have friends, these friends feel like family. There's a cast of different people in my life, some hate me for what I've done. (My crime was even considered vile among other murderers and thieves). Others though saw me for who i was, i never lied about what i'd done and they saw that i was truly sorry. I don't know what happened to my uncle from that point, i just lived my life 1 day at a time.

At this point everything became a little blurry and i woke up. I sat in bed and pondered the idea that just played in my mind. I replayed the dream over and over and over and as i did, some of it made sense into my life today. I LOVED documentaries about prison and i always got a strange feeling when i was near one, even being miles down the road from one it's like i could FEEL the energy from it. I've always been interested in murder cases like "The First 48" or really any other murder documentaries.  But most importantly, i HATE hurting people, like physically hurting people. If i hurt someone i'm filled with so much pain and sadness and i never really quite understood why. I mean, when i was a kid and was getting picked on by the school bully, i was the kid that cried for hitting the kid back.

So, long story short, if my dream is correct. I was a rapist and a murderer in my past life or 1 of my past lives, i was convicted and died fulfilling the sentence i was given.  As disgusting and horrifying the experience was to see myself in that light, it was also very memorable and eye opening. I was a little nervous about sharing this experience with you all, because of the obvious manner of the experience. However, it's given me interest in not only knowing more past lives but also, learning more about this previous sojourn. Who was i? Who was my victim? Has she forgiven me? Was there more than 1? What manner of life led me to this lifestyle? I hope i can revisit this life in more detail and answer these questions.

I'm sharing this with you because although it was a terrible situation, it was still a beautiful experience. I hope you guys don't look at me in a certain light because of it or judge me in a certain way. It felt like visiting this part of myself was a strange reunion, bringing myself closer to myself. I hope you guys enjoyed my experience, i didn't particularly ENJOY it, however it was good in it's own ways.

I think I've discovered why all these years of trying to Astral Project i've been failing and the realization makes me want to thrust my palm through my forehead. Go with me for a second on this and tell me what you all think.

I've been under the impression that i've always been trying to GET OUT of my body. Like my Astral body or Light body was inside of me all the time. So i spent all this time trying to GET OUT of something i was never supposed to leave in the first place!

The idea is that all of these different dimensions are all around us at the same time, RIGHT NOW, as i type this. Only i can't experience them 100% because most of my attention is focused in the physical because this is where i'm meant to direct most of my focus. So that makes me think, my Astral Body very well has a life of it's own, it does it's own thing providing me energy and information that I NEED to function. Giving me those "Ohhhhh wow" moments that always seems to be an insight from another perspective.

So, that being said, that would mean that all of these different forms of ourselves which are higher levels of frequency all exist simultaneously and separately. They're still US, as our primary focus shifts to that frequency we see this form as ourselves because it is US, it's just us vibrating on another frequency. Their purpose is to filter and push levels of energy our body can handle down the chain (Physical Dimension) and our purpose here in the physical is to relay our experiences (love, right, wrong, good, bad) back up the ladder to the higher frequencies which pushes it up to the source.

I think this is proven in people having experiences of being in an almost god like state or "God head". That level of "Knowing" like the universe was created at your fingertips and you know it more intimately than the back of your palm and you just know that this is who you are. Or when you project into a lower plane like the Astral and you feel much less knowledgeable than the higher frequency projection, however you still feel like this is who you are.

So this raises a the question in my mind, one i have a feeling i'll be answering very soon. How do i shift my awareness into these other frequencies of myself living simultaneously? I feel so stupid for thinking i was "LEAVING" anything. I'm not leaving my body, none of us ever do until it expires. How are we shifting our consciousness? I almost feel like it's as simple as looking left or right now when i think of it in that light. I'm brimming with excitement to see how well this realization serves me. I hope it serves you all as well.

Hey guys, well i really have no other way to title this one besides the title i gave it. Reason being is i've NEVER had an experience quite like this. It's hard to describe but really the only way i CAN describe it is i had a projection where i was not only conscious in the Astral but in the Physical as well, both at the same time. Really the best way to share this experience is to give a play by play so that's what i'm gonna TRY and do, well without further ado!

<Laid down in bed closed my eyes> Hmmm i'm sinking into sleep rather fast! This is good, i feel fully conscious. <Body begins to numb> Ahh, my mind is unusually still tonight! Perfect, focus on my intention. <Vibrations begin> Ahhhh here we go perfect! <Faces and figures start making their appearence> Don't care....focus.... <Instantly i find myself floating besides the Earth> Annnnd i'm out, but not where i want to be, this is too....physical....i need to raise my vibration <i Notice i can feel my bed against my back> Interesting! <Awareness shifts back to the body> Hmmm boring, i'm back in my body, shift back out. <Awareness shifts back into Astral back into space> That's better, now where was i? That's right, shift deeper.

Here's where things get a bit weird. i was completely conscious in both the physical and astral the entire experience...matter of fact, i first laid down at 10 13...the experience didnt end until 10 58. But here's the aggravating part. SO i go about my projection, consciously make decisions and do things of my own accord then i decide i better get back (for what i'm not sure, i only remember making the decision and actually shifting back), i consciously shift my awareness back into my body annnnnnnnnnnd GONE. Everything from the Astral Experience was gone BUT every memory from the physical still remained INTACT! I remember everything that happened from the physical side of the experience but i couldnt even begin to tell you what happened in the Astral BUT while i was in the Astral everything from my physical experiences and my Astral were crystal clear.

Now it would be one thing if i was a bit hazy from the experience but i can remember being incredibly conscious on BOTH sides. It's just when i returned to the physical my astral memory dumped almost completely (Except for the beginning, returning to my body and small "Still picture" memories i couldn't even begin to dissect myself much less explain them.) It was like as soon as i began to shift back into physical reality (Because i remember making the conscious decision to shift and actually shifting back in) the memories were gone. I dont know, i'm bummed yet intrigued at the same time. It was a new experience for me and i guess really that's all that counts right? Anyone ever have this happen to them? I look forward to your input!!

Ladies and Gents,

Hey everyone, i have a few things that have happened, some for awhile and others more recently. I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else or if they have an idea where i can find out what i'm experiencing. I'm gonna try and make it as short as possible because i know no one likes reading novels on forums haha. Well without further ado, here goes!

1.) Predator Cloak- Strange title huh? Well that's really the only way i can describe it. Remember the old predator movies when the alien turns on his cloaking device and he blends into the background but you can still see a wavering outline of him? It's KIND of like this just much less dramatic haha. I see this all the time, sometimes out of the corner of my eyes, sometimes in plain view. It or they (sometimes it's one...sometimes it's more and sometimes there isn't anything) usually moves around with a mind of it's own, just floating around, almost like they're just 'hanging out'.

2.) Faces on the back of my eyelids- Pretty self explanatory, i usually see this when i'm meditating or trying to Astral Project. Sometimes the faces are vague and sometimes they're clearer...never crystal clear though. One thing that's constant is that the face is always changing...if that makes sense. It's like watching one head constantly transform into different people instantly and throughout this whole 'transformation phase' we keep eye contact. Usually when this is going on i'll 'see' and feel movement in other parts of my room but sometimes i dont.

3.) Spine tingling, goosebumps and chills- Sometimes, always at random, i'll feel like there's a strong presence in the room. Once i recognize that feeling a strong surge of chills will rush down my spine. The hair on my neck will go up, i'll get goosebumps, sometimes there's fear but not always. But when this happens i can FEEL it's movement around me, like i dont have to look because i know where it is at all times. I think the fear i associate with it is self inflicted, i expect some crazy demon to burst out of my closet or something lol.

There're some other things but i think i've asked enough for this post lol. If you have any information that could help me out please let me know, or if you have a direction you could point me in to find the information i'd truly appreciate it! Thanks.

Ok i just submitted another experience of mine and was reminded of this...female...that seems to be in a lot of my experiences. I was wondering if maybe you guy's had any idea of what it might be or mean. I'll list a few experiences in SHORT detail to give you an example.

1.) I was paralyzed in this orange mountainous area...the rocks were grey but the sky was orange...it was very desolate and dreary. However, it was almost like i was waiting for a Dr's Appointment. I laid there just waiting and then these 2 beings approached me, 1 older gentlemen and 1 woman  (My mysterious companion) . She just looked down on me as the older gentleman went to work on me...he reached his hand inside my stomach (I could feel the pressure like someones hand was literally in my stomach). He did what he had to do, she left with the older gentleman and then they vanished...after they vanished...i could move again and i ran off into the distance which then faded off into a dream i can't recall.

2.) *This full experience is listed on the site if you're interested in reading it...the title is Another Memorable Experience* I had met with a spirit whom i knew in a previous life, in this case, this spirit i was meeting with was going to incarnate as my niece (She's born now fyi). I saw the same woman in my peripherals standing next to me but i wasn't alarmed she was there, in fact i wasn't even really interested in her.  I didn't even realize it was her until i woke up and analyzed the experience after the fact...as soon as i remembered that it instantly clicked...it's that woman again!

3.) I was in a school courtyard type of setting...there was a gaggle of people talking and they were getting ready to go to class. I had no where to go so i walked around campus. The setting was almost like i was visiting a school that i had graduated from sometime in the past. I walked into the building and there were 3 people talking, 2 i didnt recognize whom looked like concerned parents and then there was the mystery woman. She looked at me and we made eye contact, she smiled, for the first time since ive seen her in all of my experiences with this woman in my dreams. We held eye contact and i smiled back, she went back to answering the other peoples questions and i continued to walk through the school.

So as you can see, that's at least 3 different dream/vivid experiences that i've had this same woman in. I don't really even get any kind of feelings towards as to what she might be. I just know she's a blonde woman, looks about mid 20's maybe early 30's. Brown eyes. Very pretty....but that's it. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry for flooding the forum with my own experiences, i feel almost like an attention hog, however i'm using this forum as a memory bank for all of my experiences too! So by me sharing, it helps me to remember the experiences that 1 day may fade off into the subconscious. Well without further ado, here we go!

I was at a restaurant on a beach somewhere i've never been before. The best way to describe it is like one of those old 50's style hamburger 'joints'. Anyways, i was there with a friend of mine whom is a very physically grounded person 'non spiritual at all'. I wasn't in control of what i was doing but i was very aware, like i was there but i wasn't. She was in the middle of her sentence and my astral me looked at her, smiled and said. "Oh yeah? Well look at what i can do!" and i took off in flight.

I did a high cartwheel over the restaurant and flew back through the door, we made eye contact as i passed and she just rolled her eyes and muttered "Show off..." I did this several more times but she lost interest in me and began talking with other 'customers' in my little dream scene. I also lost interest in her and flew above the resteraunt, landing on the roof and then launching off back into the sky. It was so bright outside for being night time and the gentle breeze was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't get enough of it.

For whatever reason...i began to get pulled in a certain direction. I didnt know why i needed to go this way, i just knew that this was the way i had to go at that very moment. I flew for what seemed like a couple seconds when i found myself gaining altitude and scaling this wall to this floating island. The island itself became somewhat of a blur, i noticed there was an entity there waiting for me.

I flew down to this entity and instantly realized who it was, it was my brothers and sister in laws unborn daughter, but that wasnt the most important part, i knew this soul from another life! I don't know how i knew this but it was like when you see someone you love for the first time in years, but instead of actually knowing each other in this life we remembered each other from a past life. I hugged her and we sent telepathic messages back and forth about how we were so happy to see each other and how excited we were to share another experience together. After we hugged and said our hello's i knew that it was time for me to leave.

There was this woman in my peripherals, i didn't bother paying her any attention because i was currently lodged in me and my nieces rather...odd...reunion. But after i woke up and jotted the experience down i realized Ive seen this woman in more than 1 experience, matter of fact, she's in a TON of the experiences i have...actually i think i'm going to write my experiences with her next! I first fell in love with the idea of Astral Projection in early 2000's, back in the day of modem internet and when information about the subject was much more limited than today. But i still remember my first experience that stemmed from a dream, i'm going to share it with you guys just because...well sharing is caring isnt it? ; )

I came to when i realized my head was stuck in one of those old plastic playhouses that go in your back yard...to be more specific...i was stuck in one of my friends. My head got stuck as i tried to crawl through and when it did there was a spike of fear, this made me stop and think for a second . "Wait? What am i doing here? How did my head get stuck in this playhouse and wasnt i just slee.....!!! I'm dreaming!" Those arent the exact words but that was the thought process that i can best describe in the written word.

With that thought my head "popped" out of the playhouse and i found i had complete control over myself, i was 100% conscious however i was still in the dream. There was a very short loss of that consciousness which then i came to right infront of my house at the front door. (My friends house was in the same neighborhood and the loss of time or memory felt like literally only a second). I looked at my door and thought "Well, i guess there's only 1 way to find out if i have control" I took my hand and placed it on the door and then pushed through the door, it was a crazy feeling, i could feel all of the wood INSIDE of the door as well as outside. With that, i walked through the door and into my house.

My mom was sitting on the computer playing Solitare on the computer, she didnt seem to notice me. I figured well, lets go through the ceiling...why not?! And i jumped up and flew through the ceiling and into my attic. Once i got up there, i ran into an entity. She was an elderly woman, i'd say about late 50's or 60's. She had shoulder length gray hair that you could tell at one time had been brown (Or atleast that was the image she portrayed) I wasnt the least bit scared, matter of fact, she came off as more of a parental figure, or atleast that's how i perceived her.

At this stage in my life, i was much like other rebellious teens. Dropped out of school, smoking pot and experimenting with other drugs and the sorts, just got mixed into the wrong crowd. I was excited to talk to her "I'm going to join the Army!" i blurted out, as i was waiting to ship off to basic training. Almost instantly she retorted "Not like that you're not!" She was scolding me because i smoked some pot and failed the urinalysis and was waiting for my 45 day probational period to be raised so i could try to enlist again ( The 2nd time was a success i'll add lol. )

I got the urge after that scolding from that motherly parental entity to return to my body, i floated off to the spot in my attic when i knew my bed was underneath, i laid down and as i started slipping back into my body she started talking about something i have absolutely no recollection of. I woke up and nearly jumped out of bed with excitement...my first experience!

Hey ladies and gents! Just wanted to share one of my more recent experiences!

I went to sleep and woke up to myself snoring, my body was still completely asleep but i got my consciousness back...i was a little disturbed to find that i snore so loudly! Anyways, i just enjoyed listening to myself snore...i was looking for any FEELING of snoring but i was amazed to find that it felt just like breathing....i think this may have to do with the state of paralysis i was in so i couldnt actually feel the action of snoring.

Then the vibrations came on and for whatever reason i didnt even move, i just said to myself in my head "Man it would nice if i could get a little help!" And with that, i felt 2 hands grab mine, i distinctly remember the feeling of the hands wrapping around mine, it was so real, the feeling of skin to skin contact was there...but the way they helped me i found kind of strange....1 pulled in 1 direction and the other pulled in the other! Almost like 2 beings playing tug of war with me. There was the sound of a tare, almost like paper ripping in half and at the same time i felt jolt of energy rush right down the center of my body and then...i was out!

I was back in my home in Florida in my old room, i got up and staggered out the door, it almost felt like walking through muddy water. Now that i think back on it...i never even opened the door i just ran through it! LOL. Well i got to my living room and had the intense feeling of being watched, which to be honest kind of scared me. Every second i was in this state i felt a tiny piece of my consciousness slipping...almost as if you turned an hour glass and called the sand consciousness, that's how it felt.

So after standing there feeling like i was being watched i had a thought that was coming from me but it felt like it wasn't my own, if that makes sense. "Man i better get back soon or else im going to forget!" I moved back towards my bedroom (I say moved because i wasnt really walking or flying...i was just moving) and layed down in my bed. I closed my eyes and heard my moms alarm clock go off for work, then she yelled "excrement John! I got to go i'm late for work!" Which i never verified, i was too scared to ask my mom if was indeed late for work because i really dont want a lecture about how she's scared i'm going to hell haha. There was a...shaking feeling...and then i was back in my body. I looked at my phone and 15 minutes had past since the last time i looked at it.

This experience is very important to me, it saved me from giving up on the hope of ACTUALLY projecting instead of just recounting short experiences from my dreams. So with that being said, i thought that i would take some time to share with you ladies and gentlemen the experience that quite literally changed my life.

It was a normal night like any other, i had given up on Conscious Astral Projection altogether. I had been 'trying' to project for about 10 years at this point. I know some people can do it in days...others take years and some...a life time. I wasn't ready for that commitment, or at least i thought i wasnt ready. I had work the next morning and it was getting late (by a work day standard) so i thought it was time to turn in for the night. I looked at my phone, it read about 0115 am.

I laid down in bed and my head hit the pillow, almost instantly a peaceful wave of relaxation spread over me, my mind was still, i was prepared for a beautiful nights sleep. When suddenly it happened. There was a "Snap!" and next thing i know, i was floating over my body. No sensations, no vibrations...nothing. It seemed the stars aligned and gave me the experience i so desperately sought for all these years. But the funniest part about it, i wasnt the least bit excited, it felt natural.

I could see my room perfectly fine, even with the lights off, its almost like being outside with a full moon. The first thing i noticed was how heavy my physical body really is! 150 pounds doesnt feel like much until you literally weigh nothing! So i decided i would do a little exploring, i wasnt going to waste this golden nugget of an experience. So i decided to move around a little bit. In whatever direction i wanted to move, i thought of moving in that direction and i did. The feel of movement was enhanced, everything was to be honest, all of my senses were multiplied greatly. My consciousness wasn't fading, not one bit, i was completely conscious and i thought that was truly amazing. Then i figured, lets really go explore. I floated towards my door and as i got to it someone just materialized out of thin air and i was shocked by who it was.

One of my really good friends had passed away in 2005, she was someone i loved greatly and because of her death my teenage life took a depressing spiral (i wont disclose all the nitty gritty). Anyways, she was more beautiful then i had EVER seen her in the physical life. We made eye contact, her face was expressionless but i felt the love that she had for me...but i also felt sadness. This wave of emotions threw me through a loop and i felt like i was being stretched apart and my consciousness began to slip, i remember a tunnel and after what felt like seconds later,  i was back in my body. I looked down at the phone again and it was 0124...only 9 minutes had past.

Did i get the beautiful nights sleep i was planning on, hell no. However something more incredible than i could have EVER imagined happened to me that night. That experience will stick firm in my memories no matter how many experiences i have...it was my first after all. Also it put me back on the path to practicing astral projection again. I wouldnt have traded that experience for anything in the world, it was truly amazing.

Hey everyone! I need a little help if you got a minute. I've been trying to consciously project for a long time...and i feel like i'm reaching my goal...however i had something happen to me last night that halted my experience dead in its tracks.

I lied down and decided to try something new, i thought instead of focusing on projection, focus on my body falling asleep. I helped myself reliving spontaneous projections ive had in the past as well as dreams i interpreted as unconscious projections. Well after about 10 minutes i could feel my body getting light, you know....the common symptoms of falling asleep. At about 15 minutes i felt numb and light...so i continued. At 20 or plus minutes i was feeling INTENSE OBE symptoms....more intense than ive EVER felt.

It started with the sound of someone walking around in my room followed by a really strong sound of wind...i've experienced this multiple times but never as defined as this. My lower half of my body felt like a feather but my torso and head felt like boulders. Then the pain and nausea set in...i got an extreme feeling of vertigo, like i felt so nausea's that i thought i was going to throw up. My head was pounding and it felt almost as if someone was jabbing their thumb directly into the center of my forehead. It was a very intense pressure.

Try as i might...this stopped me in my tracks. The pain and nausea was too intense so i had to withdraw and shake it off. Anyone have any input? Thanks.
