Your last question about techniques to use when your body is relaxed
I'd like to respond to.
One of the best techniques I ever used to get out of body involves using a lucid dream as a spring board to produce out of body experiences. Let me explain....
Once I become aware and conscious I'm dreaming in a lucid dream I bring my consciousness back to my body laying in bed. I do this without moving a muscle but just feeling for the bed. Once I can feel the covers and myself laying in bed I quickly induce a falling feeling in my stomach. Reproduce the feeling you might experience when driving over a large dip in the road and your stomach drops. Or the feeling involved with the stomach and body as one goes down the first big hill off a roller coaster ride. A strong falling feeling will knock you back into trance. From the time you sense your body in bed you MUST induce the falling feeling immediately or risk your body fully waking up. When your in trance you'll hear and feel a humming or buzzing or full blown vibrations. Use full body feeling awareness to hold your position away from your laying position somewhere in the room. The foot of the bed is alright. Concentrate on your personal coordinates and your bodily awareness away from where your laying. This PRESSURES your real time double to generate and extrude to your mental coordinates. This is one of the best ways to take advantage of your already resting body which has collected some energy from sleep. When this technique is attempted your physical body has minimum tension and alot of relaxation.
