I've been Attempting AP for the past 22 days and find myself losing some motivational momentum. I assume is from a lack of progress, but also from the loose eclectic technique I've been assembling and using. The introduction of a new technique hopefully will re-spark interest, but my problem is what to pick. 
Are mid day techniques more difficult for entry level AP? Would it be better to adopt a method that demands waking up in the night or should I continue with a mid day process? I imagine that a method routed in between sleep cycles would yield a closer relationship to purely mental states, but I would like to have some insight!
