This is aimed specifically toward people who had only gotten as far as twitching and body numbness/fuzziness. I've been trying different exiting techniques when I feel relaxed and numb enough, but none of them have done anything so far, except maybe yo-yoing, or trying to feel like I'm falling/sinking down, which increases the fuzziness sometimes and feels like it might lead to vibrations. (It's so hard for me to sink sometimes though).
I was sitting at a table, head down, listening to music when I started drifting off a bit, then my leg twitched and my body began to feel fuzzy, just a few minutes ago. It seems that the twitching makes it "worse" (better) each time I twitch. Although sometimes my twitches are so violent they get me alert, lol. Like back twitches.
So for those who have been stuck at the twitching and numbness and fuzziness for a bit, and had been trying exiting techniques... what did you try?
Btw, I seem to avoid the painful restlessness by giving in to drifting off a bit and daydreaming, which I can snap out of just enough to concentrate on music and beats, which I plan to use anytime I choose to drift off while trying to OBE (because I might just fall asleep if there's no music)
