Hi everyone. Thought I'd probe the forums and ask if anyone has been given a special name while in non-ordinary reality. Take it one step further and please share if you've been told a word you're looking for the meaning of or have been looking for guidance on other missing info/mystery.

Example: I was once told by a earthy/native-type shaman in a cave around a fire that I was to learn the "sacred fire dance" and he shouted "ahoyo!". I have no clue what those are or what they mean. Aho is the only native american word that is close I know of, which basically means "i agree" or "amen", but there was a definite sound at the end. Pronounced like ahoy-oh.

There is lots more I could share, but let's hear it from you!

Those familiar with Tom Campbell's "My Big TOE" will understand what I was trying to accomplish in perceiving a "larger reality". Here's a meaningful attempt I had approximately 2 weeks ago. It's very common for me to have active energy systems in my astral body. Best way I can describe this is I do a lot of chakra energy meditations/visualizations. In AP/LD, I can see my own and other's chakra health by exlaiming "Chi" and other such phenomena. In fact, in one experience of non-ordinary reality, I was able to discern a succubus with this method, but unless people want to hear it, I'll save it for later. Unique to my own practice, I fly by energizing Manipura (solar plexus chakra of willpower). It's similar to inhaling and focusing on the area and lift like a balloon and can maneuver how I wish.

So, on to the experience. Please excuse my rambling personal insights mixed-in.

Felt vibrations, tried to separate, but was stuck, so i relaxed more physically and made a concentrated mental effort. I projected into a different home/apartment building than my own. I exclaimed "higher self now!" to ground the experience and open to my true self. Something I've never done before. I am proficient enough to regularly exclaim "clarity now/vividity now" and several other commonly used LD terms, but had decided that it was worth a try after listening to some of Campbell's TOE lectures online.

As an aside, I believe the throat chakra to be extremely powerful in non-ordinary/AP/LD, whatever you wish to call it. It's rare that speaking my will out loud has not produced my immediate intent or failed to produce anything. Reaching out with my mind I wanted to experience the larger reality and I ended up in a mall-like building... several smaller spaces or "shops" with different content/purposes inside a larger building.

This experience lasted for a very long time. It felt even longer than the longest lucid dream I've had, which has been pretty long (Been LD'ing since childhood). Felt like hours. it was so long that I became aware of the fact that I might not remember everything but I just couldn't end the experience. I wanted to explore. I've never had trouble getting around in AP, but in this new, "larger reality" my first attempt was awkward and it took a few tries to figure out how to get around. Basically, the realization of "oh yeah, I'm still not physical" was all I needed to ground the situation. I see that awkwardness/obstacle as an adjustment to a deeper inner level of awareness. I don't anticipate needing the same adjustment next time, but it was surprising in hind-sight since I don't have trouble getting around NOR. I began to walk around this "mall".

Explored for awhile and was walking around trying to figure out the place and what all the local "shops" were for. I met lots of entities/creatures my perception was seeing all different kinds of alien races much like a stereotypical Sci-Fi "universal mall" would appear on film with lots of colorful characters. One particular entity was awesome to talk to, he was in the role of a bartender and as I approached I told him "namaste" and bowed slightly. This was also something I've never done, but for some reason felt compelled to show him respect. He smiled at this and said something to the effect of "I see you are open" and was excited to talk, like it doesn't happen often that he gets to converse with people here. I found that odd, because despite being a bartender in a crowded room, he didn't have any customers.

I introduced myself and that I was from Earth. He talked about the "mall" and how its visual appearance was the way I was able to perceive/process the larger reality right now at this moment. The "bartender" was full of wisdom and told me about the other inhabitants, kind of like a tour guide. Talking with him was the largest part of my experience there and unfortunately, I don't remember all that he said, but the psychic and empathic tones of his message are still bright in my mind today.

There were two loathsome looking entities near an area where people were playing a game (some version of pool/billiards) that reminded me of a fat, bloated, blob-ish version of Gollum from "Lord of The Rings". The bartender told me about them and that they were repugnant. I went to watch the game being played, and as I was observing the game, the blob-ish creatures came near and were trying to draw energy from me. I wasn't afraid, and didn't even feel a basic pitty for them. However, I was now aware of their repugnance first-hand and that it was their way of being, nothing more, nothing less. Like an animal eating another animal, that was their food, the energy of others. However, it felt that they weren't technically supposed to be doing that here, hence the bartender's aversion to them.

I held out my right hand as if to tell them to approach no further, when I noticed there was white light coming from my palm and shining on the creatures. I am, of course, aware of hand chakra energy, but this experience was unique because I had never perceived their energy in this manner before. I turn my hand over and saw an exquisite circular seal with designs and runes inscribed all around it in light, slowly rotating around my palm. Perhaps it was Hebrew or Sanscrit... definitely similar to it, though I don't read those languages. Putting my palm back out to them, white hand chakra energy came from it and repelled them. It was at this moment that I was awakened to my inner energies and was able to remember how to will myself to fly and go places in the "mall" with the speed of my intention.

I knew was time for me to leave and as I began to, I approached an exit corridor. A "T" junction on its side, having 4 doors. One door that I just stepped through to get here, on my right was a double door exit, and ahead was another path and door. I left through the double doors but was immediately drawn to come back inside. I turned and frantically opened one of the double doors and at that moment I was met by an old usher, a lady with a warm smile and short grey hair. She welcomed me back and said that someone was waiting for me. She pointed in the direction of the path and door in the "T" junction which I hadn't gone through.

When I looked in that direction, I saw another entity that I immediately knew somehow and was filled with a glorious, warm, all consuming light and love. This somehow familiar female entity asked me if this was my true form. Filling myself with as much joy and energy as I could, I floated and glowed brightly saying yes, showing her my higher self. She showed me her form was a small white ape like creature with blue eyes. I picked her up, began petting and hugging her tightly. Lots of joy and happy feelings. Then it was time for me to leave and the experience ended.

As i was walking along the beach at night, I noticed a red headed young woman floating in air in a white robe, but she was stuck against an invisible wall with her cheek pressed into it. Her eyes were tightly shut like she had just bumped into it and was stuck in that moment of time right there. It was odd, seeing her cheek and eye depressed from the impact, so I wanted to investigate. I floated up to her, took her by the hand and gently floated backward, pulling her away from the wall to rescue her. She became awake and was very grateful and hugged and kissed me. It was a heart-felt physical exchange, one of pure gratitude. I don't recall words being spoken, only intuited energetic waves; feelings of joy and thankfulness. I held her hand and floated with her awhile along the beach until she was comfortable again. Once I felt that she was stable and ready, I told her with words that it was OK to go on her own now and we parted ways. She floated upward and away into the night sky.
