I am Sinistra, 20 year-old girl from Hungary. I'm doing astral projection since the age of 12, though mostly not consciously. I wanna learn how to be able to do it by will, anytime I just like to.
My first out-of-body experience was kinda unusual and scary at the same time. I woke up in the middle of the night, but being paralyzed and i was terrified that I'll stay this way forever, so I tried to move my head and my limbs desperately, but it did not work. I tried once again and noticed when I lifted my right arm, that glowed in a bright white light and realized I was out of my body half-way. After this realization I wanted to get out of my body so bad that I couldn't wait until the vibrational state and I literally forced myself out of my body which felt like pulling a weight of 100 kilograms. I even wasn't flying or something, it was like grabbing the carpet and crawling, lol. It was for 10 seconds, then I turned back. Since then, I only have really good, or at most, strange experiences regarding OBEs. For a few occasion the paralysis remained and after about 3 years, the disturbing buzzing sounds also disappeared. Now the vibrational stage is kinda lighter and OBEs, once they occur, happen so much easily.
All in all, I'm glad that I found this Forum. I am here to learn from you, to read experiences and share my mine, too.
