did i almost have an OBE?I was asleep but for some reason I woke up when I did I didnt move and keep thinking to myself I can astral project soon i could feel my arms moveing when I wasnt really moveing them but I my day had been a really long day so I couldnt stay awake and soon fell asleep.So please tell me if I had came close to haveing an OBE.

i know this is probebly a stupid question but do you have to learn how to lucid dream before you learn to astral project?

i always try to AP but instead i end up dreaming about it i dont understand why can anybody help 

every time i try i just cant AP and its and i don't understand why i get to the point i feel like i am flying but that's all please help
