just woke up from a nap, as soon as I realized i was looking at a page in a book during my dream I immediately became lucid and all efforts went into reading the text. it was surprisingly easy, and actually made sense, although it was contextual to the dream i was in and dont remember what it said. i woke up to write it down immediately, and i did, but now i realize that was a false awakening. HA. what i did notice though was that i found difficulty comprehending the text, what parts i wasnt immediately focused on were blurry, and when i re read a paragraph to see if it was consistent it of course had changed, but the text was still related

thought there may be a few of you who are interested to know this considering that myth syaing you cant read in your dreams

i had an interesting dream last night. in this dream i was repeatedly projecting out of my body, i was clearly in some sort of a dream scape as there was a fictional story line going on, but the experience was none the less pretty damn cool. i remember flying down to the earth's surface from the stratosphere as fast as possible, and flying around these vast cities propped up on angular slabs that would rotate and revolve around eachother to form patterns are create gravity

similar experiences of dreaming about obes?

im having problems with the vibrational stage... first of all i seem to be nearly unable to induce body asleep mind awake, but i imagine thats just an issue of concentration and practice... what really gets my goat is that i will often wake in the middle of the night in the midle of the vibrational stage. the vibrations, however, are considerably weak, and i find it difficult to enhance them in any way, i can feel the astral body slowly shifting around, and with incredible mental effort can maybe move an arm or a leg...

similar experiences? suggestions?

ok so im kinda confused about htis one.. definetaly felt like an out of body experience. but it had many dream like qualities.

ok so i woke up at 6 to do a WBTB and before i fell asleep i started feeling the vibes. i woke up (or so it would seem) in a movie theater, a movie was playing on the screen. it was irrelevant. anyways, i was lying down in the same position as i was in my bed (on my stomach). my vision was not blurry or distorted like it might be in a dream, and i had the exact same consciousness as i did when in the bed.

heres what really throws me off. it would seem that i was in a dream, but i didnt have dream type consciousness. i was consciously trying to project in the theater, i knew that i was lying down, trying to project. i was not watching myself do this. the same consciousness that was I lying in the bed, was trying to project in the movie theater. it was as if i were still in my bed with my eyes open, but the images of the theater were overlapping my vision, i was there. but i didnt realize i was in a dream. had i realized i wasi n a dream i wouldve simply flew through the ceiling.

so anyways, im in this theater, and im feeling the vibes, making them stronger every time before they fade for a short while.

theres another part here that requires some explanation

you know when youre meditating? and you can all of a sudden percive the blackness in front of your eyes as 3d? it requires a subtle mental effort, does it not?

well this is what i did with my vision in the theater. it was as if i wasnt dreaming at all, i was simply lying in bed having an intense vision, and i made everything "snap into 3d" but insteado f going 3d everything simply became more clear. as if my eyes had been obstructing my vision and now i could truely see. and then i willed myself out. and i left my body. i felt nervous, and wanted to see my body so i turned around, i saw my family (they were watching the movie too) but in the seat that i was supposed to be in, there was another body, someone ive never seen before, slumped to the side. they looked like they were out cold. i then faded back into my real body

so, by guess is that this was a vivid vision playing before my eyes, rather than a dream, as i was trying to project. is this how dream work? a projection over your current, like a hologram, and then you leave your body? thoughts? was htis an obe?

i managed to reach the vibrational stage twice today once i nthe early morning, and another during mmy afternoon nap. in the morning i was able to move, with alot of effort. to move during hte vibrations i usually have to rock back and forth to build enough momentum to shoot away from my body, and even then i only get a few feet before i phase back into the physical. sometimes im lucky enough to have enough energy to roll over, in which case i easily leave my body, but again i phase back in quickly. the second time (in the afternoon) i hardly had enough energy to even try to build momentum.

i eat alot better than most people, and i get daily excercise. i have a good job and little to no stress. so none of those are factors

so my questions are, how can i increase the length and strength of hte vibrational stage? and why is it so hard for me to move?

also, i can never see when i leave, this morning, with alot of concentration i was able to see my wall that was 6 inches in front of my nose, and a strange smokey ubstance in the air.

during meditation with the intent to project i often see places or objects, sometimes ill even see my room right in front of my eyes, jsut as clearly as i do with my physical eyes. i also sometimes get this sensation where it feels like my body is flopping around or spinning, i think is may be my astral body, as sometimes i can control it. but i never seem to be able to completely leave, i only left twice, the first time was only for a few seconds, one i floated up i saw my room in oclors ive never seen before and paniced. the second time i felt that i was being shot down a tunnel, i saw this tunnel with my eyes closed, and i heard an eerie womans voice singing, like an opera singer or something

anyways, can anyone relate? any tips?

thank you :D
