hello,...some comments maybe. last couple of nights i just drifted off to sleep. no exit/body sensations. I woke up from a vivid dream, and when i closed my eyes to go back to sleep, i saw clearly trees and green grass, like i was right back in my dream. then i had a jet engine noise in my ears and my heart/chakra was pounding, and darn-it it all ceased. i much more enjoy the exit vibrations along with the actual knowing of leaving my body. pretty much the same thing happened last night. id like to hear any thoughts on this. i so thank all here! tips?
