It would be easier just to read both versions. Either is sufficient. I cannot say one is better than the other, but between the two the one in the book is my choice. Why print out the document when I already have it in my book?

All the book really says is that the Etheric body is attached to the physical body until death. That's why you can turn it around in your physically body, but not get out. It says that a projected double is just a copy of the etheric body with all the memories of the etheric body.
The copy goes out, comes back, and remerges with the original, reshaping hte original.
