When I started telekinesis, I used my psi wheel with no protection. I had to watch it carefully to know the difference between air and psi. Then I controlled the air. Its easier to make air move it than move it directly. But I got tired of having to breathe softly and not move so I put it in a closed container and have been moving it in there since. I might make a video of it sometime. I am only able to move it at random times, so its hard to have the camera ready for the few seconds that it happens.

Well done.

And the great thing is, all the wonderful feelings and incredible sensations you felt are just the tip of a huge iceberg of experiences still to come. Just wait until you are entering the Astral from flying through some kind of entrance structure. The experience is simply mind blowing.

Frank

Welcome to the Healing place! / Back-injury

Sounds like you may have slipped a spinal disk, or strained all of the muscles through-out the back of your body.... in any case you should probobly see a doctor or chiropractor... if not, let your body try and rest as much as you can, and once you do start feeling better, DO NOT test your body in any way... let it continue resting for another few weeks or so after it begins to feel better....

All the same, Prayers and thoughts will be sent your way..

In short, Focus 23 is the label Monroe attached to one of the lower-level Astral regions.

Hi there Truthseeker !

I'd say that there is a general consensus amongst projectors that you are not dependent on your physical brain whilst projecting. This is not backed up by physical science but is knowledge gained by projectors through direct experience.

From this viewpoint, the mind or "self" uses the brain to control the body and express itself in the physical world. After the body dies, the "soul" continues onwards - to a destination that is debated by hinduism, islam, judaism, shamanism, ....you name it.

you asked :
"While in the astral does the physical mind filter/receive all that is happening?"

The physical mind and the astral mind do not differ as such. Most of the time, a person's concious sense of awareness is in the physical world of travel, work, relationships. On the rare occasions where you find that you are conciously aware within the astral, the mind goes about its business interpreting things as it would on the physical.

This means that events \ objects that do not exist in our world, are interpreted by our physically - schooled minds.

Your last point is another good illustration of this. Our perception that we may be creating figments of our imagination is based on our experiences of living in the physical world. Within the astral, anything that you create IS your reality.

best wishes,
Mark

What you are learning is how to focus your eyes and your mind. Strong colors on a plain background are a good way to begin because the exercises for seeing auras produce quick, easy results. This is different than seeing the aura of something which is alive. You saw a dark blue around the plant because it was a layer of the plant's energy and not just a fact that the plant has a color. If you put your hands against the background you are using with the tips of your index fingers together and then slowly pull the fingertips apart you will see a line between the two. You can expand on this to see the aura around your hands. You have learned the methods to focus the eyes and mind to see an aura. Now it is just necessary to practice often.

Heyo.  I'm new here but I've been reading about these types of things for a while now.  I only want to add a question to this topic.

Are auras only slight colorations percieved around something's edge or an actual, vivid sphere of visible, glowing energy?  The way I have heard some people describe it, it sounds as though they are seeing a glowing cascade of energy formed around the subject.  However, when I read about how to see them, this complimentary color idea seems to always be mentioned... where you see the complimentary color to an object... i.e. the red book showing a green outline against the white background.  Is that aura?
