September 22, 2003, 05:25:36
I can easily get into a light trance, but not get into the deep trance.
It's difficult to project because i might move my body in a light trance.
annny 1 like 2 give out a technique from a light to a heavy trance?

im not sure this is what you mean but you might have some use of my experimental ambient drum n bass song for energyraising, maby not.
personaly i raised a lot of energy when i made the music so there might be some in it to find.

A little bit of a short lived instruction there but I guess some improv will get us all into supersayin level 2 in no time!

Just joking[:)]

I think that sending a ball around your energy body to redefine pathways might be dangerous in the sense that the energy might be too much and over-work the energy conduits. This causes the conduit to expand, but it is brittle and will probably break down if you don't give it sufficient time to repair. This overwidening of an energy pathway ties in very closely to what the "radical ki practitioners" call a burnout. Interesting...

I have heard some people on the psipog website say that it is possible to perform TK with psiballs, but I have not heard anything about using psiballs for pyro, cryo and other kinesis forms, but I think it is possible with a lot of practice.

You're the first I've ever seen had issues remotely resemblant to mine. The problem has nothing to do with the Rope. It has everything to do with your focus and your approach. In a case like this, it's very hard to actually give someone advice in how to climb it. When they say that it's better to try and not visualize, what they really mean is not to focus on the ROPE at all . . . be it an understanding of what it looks like, the image, or whatever. On The real success comes from focusing on the efforts of climing.

If you're having problems, try this. Come back to me and tell me if it worked or not and what your results were:

First, focus your mind through by shifting your focus away from your body. Pick a spot in your room -- any spot -- and then close your eyes and focus all your attention on there. Like trying to squeeze a ball of muck. It's hard because the focus tries to seep away like water.

Do this for some time, until you feel ready to proceed. I do this for anywhere from 5 - 10 minutes. At this point in time, my focus falls off my immediate surroundings. I'm still aware of them, but I'm not picturing them (or sensing them). Everything becomes blacker.

My body also feels relaxed. I'd say my focus still rests on it about 5%. I still unintentionally focus on it because I can still feel my body, and there are also the additional sensations of pressure, heaviness, etc. (Personal problems. This may not apply to you).

Now that your center of focus is outside of your body, and you've given your mind enough time to fall into this state, perform the climbing ritual. You need to remember two things. Hold your focus and Climb.

I'm still mastering the climbing method, but I'm improving at it gradually. It's hard to understand what is meant by the process of unlearning that many say they go through until you begin to experience the progress first-hand.

When laying down, use a light blanket (so that it just rests on top of you). It keeps you a bit comfy, but it shouldn't distract you. I keep my feet outside of the blanket because I'm distracted if I keep them in. Unfortunately, my feet get a bit chilly when this happens so I wear some socks. So far, it's been working fine for me.

Lately, I've come to understand that climbing Rope is more about Focus than it is about self-hypnosis. The idea is to draw away attention from the body. Unfortunately, my body has a tendency to tense. I don't realize this until the last minute (when I stop a session). I've also come to familarize certain feelings with tensing (i.e. some of the things you feel may actually be coming from your body's involuntary responses).

When I started, my sense of the ROPE fell all over the place. First it was in one place, then it was falling over to 45 degrees from 90. The next thing I knew, I was climbing at 0 degrees horizontally (i.e. as if it were coming out of my crown chakra). Very awkward. If you're having this problem, it just means your focus needs to be stronger.

If there's anything else I was going to say, I can't remember it. Kudos.
