uh, how do you make psiballs on your fingertips? Are they easier to make than bigger ones, which I also can't make?

Jing is different than the energy you can raise in less than a second by placing your mind where you want it. It is the result of a constant effort of refining your energy. Yes, it will take a lot more time and effort no matter how good you are.
