Hey guys.....just got out of a major oob rut this morning....

Basically Ive been working on dream indused OOBE, Which has all but ruined my relax based Technique.......Anyways.....

I st my alarm early to try and get something going early this morning......but....buy the time i got up and made it downstairs...
i was fully awake...so i started watching a show... about an hour later...i noticed that i had dozed off a bit.....
and was feeling really relaxed and primed for some OOBE practice....

my new thing is trying to going from fully awake to dream world....without missing the concuss break.....if that makes sense...
like.....being awake......noticing myself getting tired....and "watching" myself go to sleep and start dreaming...then go lucid...then "feel" the transition back to being awake...
then do that a few times.....till i wake up....or get board and go to sleep....

OK...back to this morning

So...i was dozing off...and listing to the TV.....i Felt my feet resting on the boards in the middle of the sofa....like inside it........so i knew i was going OOBE........
I could hear the TV....it was a lady telling a story about a murder case or something like that......and as i was noticing my feet on the board ....and how that made no sense....
i decided to try and just stand up.....so i did.....and i wanted to see....and did.....and the lady on the TV show never missed a beat....i was still following the story she was talking about...i never clicked out....or hit vibrations.....conciseness never broke.....i wondered around the house and even outside a bit....but...i could still hear the lady on the show talking.....with my real ears.....about 20 Min's of street walking and doing this little thing i like to do i call yoga floating.....(floating around sitting Indian style)...i could hear my wife getting up and coming downstairs.....(noisy stairs)......so that snatched me back......but i never lost track of the show......i could hear it the entire time......hopfully this is a start of something new and fresh for me.............till next time................laterz!!

 Hi there friends.     Here's my problem.   (I'm writing this on my blackberry so sorry for the weird grammer).    I have been going oob since I was 3 years old.  I can remember being in my car seat floating on the roof of the car.  I'm 29 now and between then and maybe my 27th birthday I have had 30 ish oobe s.    most with no or little vibration and none were induced by me on purpose.    I did not even know what was happening to me till I read monroes first book.  Without my mom handing me that, who knows where I would be.    But since my 27th birthday ish.  I have had 20 or more good oob s and a few were induced by me.   My problem is I need to know some good tricks on getting to the vibration state.  I am good at relaxing and can lay in bed fully awake so relaxed that in fills like I'm laying in a huge empty million square foot ware house.   But from there I don't know what to do next.  Since my first induced oob, I now have a hummin, pulsating  sound in my head when I lay down at night and start to relax.  If I consintrate on the sound it gets louder.  But that's it.   The only thing that works for me at the moment is to just skip the relaxing and push the sound out of my head , pass out normally, and hope I relize I'm dreaming and can wake up just enough to hit the vibration state. (which happens like 1 time every 4 months ).  Any ideas on how to use the sound or the relaxing to get to the vibration state and or any better ways of hitting it from another angle would be great.    I have the gift,   I just need help controling it better and more consistly.   Thanks
