NEW works best (for me at least) via the kinestethic (touch) input.
A way to boost this is to observe what kind of input you take the most.
Think about how you remember things, what kind of details you usually
take note of. Is it Visual, Kinesthetic or Auditive?
Because NEW works with Kinesthetic input, it works better if you
put the visual and auditive input into the background. This will
of course be achieved automatically by just concentrating on the
kinesthetic. But it can also be magnified by hypnotic suggestions.
"As I'm breathing here I am feeling my sense of touch stronger
and stronger, stronger than any other senses. It is becoming clearer
and clearer for each breath... My sense of sight and hearing disappears and I only notice the sense of touch during this session..."
Something like that. Try out and see what works, be creative!
I noticed with myself that when I did things I made the visual
input the strongest in most things even when keeping my eyes
closed, but then I noticed that I can just decrease the level of it
and concentrate on the other inputs.
