Hey there everyone i'm new to the forum but not to OOBE's, or atleast the practice of as i've not yet had a conscious OOBE, although i've been trying for well over a year with no such luck except for a few bizarre experiences whilst meditating or trying to project in which the feelings have been too intense and I gave in to the fear. But i'm not really worried about the fact I haven't projected yet or haven't passed the fear barrier as over the last few months i've been practicing nightly and am slowly but surely 'getting there' each night will be a step further than the previous night I know i'm very close and it seems to be working well for me. It's quite strange really over these last few months I have noticed a 'knowing' for example I just 'know' that i'm not quite ready yet but soon will be, it's like I can feel it.
Wondering if anyone else has had that kind of feeling too, and also wouldn't mind hearing other people's experiences/feelings leading up to your first OOBE or projection.
I would also like to mention that since i've been practicing nightly and getting into a trance state experiencing different thoughts/feelings/emotions/perceptions i've noticed sometimes when i wake up in the morning i can't always remember the ins and outs of what happened the night before and am a bit worried when I finally do have an OOBE that I won't remember all or any of it. Has anyone any experience with forgetting like this and what can you do to remember or will it simply be too amazing an experience to forget?
hopefully the latter lol
