I've been trying to astral project for about a year now, but no matter what I try, I just can't, however, about some time ago, I was waking up in the morning and I wasent completly awake yet and was lying in my bed, when I felt like I was coming out of my body and I just submitted to it, I had a short OBE which ended very quickly when I saw an assortment of demonic looking entites assembled in front of me, I got spooked and went back into my body, it was way to clear to be a dream, I've seen spirits all my life and I believe these to be some entities which have bothered me in the past, so my first question is how can I astral project? I will also post other questions after my first one is resolved.

As you can see, I'm new here, and hope you guys can help me, I'm 14 and have had supernatural things happening for as long as I can remember, my mom used to see stuff too, I kinda don't know how to star talking about the things I've seen and hope this forum can help me understand better.
