Hello everyone,
I actually start trying OBE years ago, yes years ago, I knew all about vibrations and weird noise signal and stuff like Brain Wave Generator.
However, I never had any experience on OBE yet! Maybe only one flying dream weeks ago which is ended after 30 seconds and I woke up from it.

This really made me sad, I had tried all the ways and recent I had been listening to "Boxed Nirvana", the mp3 from brainwave gen. found in this forum, yes I helped me to have some closer signal, but never succeed.

The common problem I found throughout the years is that I either kept my self too alert making me couldn't fall asleep at all, or I slept directly, after I sleep, I just had dreams as normal, I never feel like I had one dream that I know I am dreaming. (-how to build up the sense of questioning myself if I am dreaming inside the dream?)

Few questions I would like to ask:

1, How should I actually bring myself into OBE signal? (i.e.  feel like awake but cannot move  and hearing some weird radio noises)

1a, While I lay on bed, having my body relaxed, should I:

- Keep my mind focused on something? (when my mind relaxed, I ALWAYS slept, but when I stay focused, I can't sleep at all)
- Where should my eye focus in the "dark"?
- Should my ear focus on any noise like the "wee" sound?

1b, While listening to brainwave generator or similar thing, should I:

- Keep working on computer or reading books?
- Sleep on bed staying awake? (Paying attention to the waves)
- Sleep on bed staying awake? (Not paying attention to the waves)
- Sleep on bed staying relaxed?
- Sleep on bed and sleep with the wave?

2, How can I find myself dreaming inside the dream?

a, I almost never ever thinks I am dreaming even things are strange (i.e. my family members inside my school which doesn't make sense)
I never had the feeling of "weird" when I am having these kind of dreams, I only can analysis the problem after I am awake.

b, During day time, I always think about lucid dreams and hoping to have one and randomly questioning myself if I am dreaming during day time, but in my dreams, these never happened to me. (doesn't work like I hope to have an iphone everyday, and I will be using one in my dream!)

Thats all I can think of for now, I hope someone could help me and lead me to have further progress :)
