This doesn't really have much to do with projection, but has anyone seen or heard of the pope lick monster? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Lick_Monster

Or... any of the following: Melonheads, mothman, Lizardman, Goatman, OwlMan, Flatwoods Monster, Bigfoot, Nessie, or anything along those lines?

I have a few questions about astral projection. Do you have emotion? Can you talk? What do you look like if you look down at your hands or something? How long do the vibrations and/or voices last? When you first heard of astral projection, and you visualized it in your head, then when you did it, was it how you imagined? Is everything blurry? How do you move, in slow motion? When you astral project, were things in your room missing or something that's not really there appear? What happens if you look in a mirror? can you look into the past and future? Does it feel like having a dream? Are you in 3rd person or 1st person?

Appreciate your responses, you don't have to answer all of them . 

I have been learning about Astral projection for over 5 years now and i still have not achieved one. I can not get the right mind set. reading all these stories about these entities  and what not. I try to think of other stuff and get my mind off of it but i always visualize my astral projection being creepy and eerie. anything i can do?  huh I know you can do a lot of stuff to stop it but the image is still disturbing.
