Im pretty new to ap im getting really good at bringing the symptoms such as vibrations -- the other day i began to start hearing loud ringing / chain dragging like sounds along with vibrations but it seemed like i couldnt go any further then that.. As i tryed to intensify them, the symptoms would get stronger and weaker , stronger and weaker. Is there a way to bring consistency? Also when people say think of rolling out of bed or grabbing on to something - lifting an arm or leg -- (do these thoughts have to be repetitive untill you OOB?) or is it supposed to happen as you process the thought. When the symptoms were at their strongest i would think to roll out of bed -- lift an arm or something but i dont think it took any drastic effect -- Is it because i need my body to completley fall asleep?

I have discovered that i can naturally project when i want to, and i find it a pretty scary since its a new thing for me.. I've read up on it and it says it takes a lot of relaxation and meditation ,-- i find it that i can just do it on demand as a i try to fall asleep-- It happens most when i wake up feeling tired, so when i go back to sleep i start to project - - -  ill start feeling myself sink into my bed - feeling paralized - hearing sounds - - violent ringing/vibrations etc...  I think the farthest ive been to fully projecting was feeling myself sit up -- i resisted because i dont think im ready ... Last morning it happened again, and i was trying to resist it - - i thought keeping my eyes open would stop it obviously cause you need to be sleeping, but while my eyes were open i would hear violent ringing that was escalading and i was also in the stage of paralysis.. can anyone tell me what this was??  :-o
