Sit and release any effort in your body especialy in your 3rd chakra.

This will increase your energy flow because it is effort that blocks the the flow of energy.

  Robert Bruce talks about this in his book Astral Dynamics. He said the 6th chakra will strobe and create a Clairvoyant vision screen that AP into. He says it makes the exit process eazy.

I wanted to start practicing Raja yoga and was woundering if I could get an explantion on something.

I've read in Raja yoga that samadhi is attaind through concentrtion meditation.

I've also read that samadhi is attaind through the full rising of kundalini.

Is samadhi just a word meaning exstacy?

I wanted to know the differance of the evnt of these two samadhis.

Lately I've been try to find ways to raise the quality of my life.

I've been; eating healthier foods, getting physical exercise, good sleep, energetic maintenance of(personal energy& home), meditation/relaxation, neurobics,uplifting music and so on.

I was wounder what other kinds of things can I do For myself as a human to raise the "bar" of quality in my life.

I was thinking about things i can do in my home environment. I've already got a little fungshui going. Yesterday i put a plant next to a corner in my room, and i could feel the shift in energy it was great!

Any ideas?

What does it take to evolve yourself spiritually?

For a long time I thought these two minds where the same thing until yesterday.

 What I found out is the Unconscious mind is the same mind you have every lifetime and it records all of your experiences.

 The subconscious mind you get a new one each life time and it also records all of your experiences.

So what do you think?

The spiritual path I'm talking about is the one that you incarnated into this body for not a cultivation path.

how do we know if we're on this path 100%?

You can use this technique for relaxation, trance meditation, or astral projection.


  Get into your desired position for your session, and then take a couple of deep breaths.

 When you are comfortable you are going to alter your brain waves a few cycles into Alpha waves by saying this affirmation.

  " I now have Alpha waves"

 After you say this affirmation you should start to feel your body relaxing. Allow this affirmation to settle in for about one minute. Then repeat the affirmation four more times allowing each affirmation to settle in.

 If you want to go deeper just continue with the above procedure, but instead of saying Alpha waves use Theta waves. For even deeper states after Theta switch to Delta waves and follow the same procedure.

 I advise you start with Alpha first, Theta 2nd and Delta last because it will be more effective, and make sure you allow each affirmation to settle in no less than a minute the longer the better.

 I"m pretty sure by the time you get to your 3rd theta affirmation your body is going to be so relaxed it might be hard to stay conscious, so you probably won't need Delta.

I was woundering if we could have a sticky topic for the chakras because of there wide range of functions, and the experiances people have while developing them.

I have not AP'd yet but I would like to know can you heal the etheric body while in your astral body. Can you even see your etheric body, and heal chakras?

I know this isn't really any new infromation but my acknowlegement of it in this way caused me to be able to me to be able to easly have a shift in consciousness.


Well I'm sure most of use know that all of our senses is connected to the brain, and that all the information that is in our brain is reflected into the mind. Most of us might think we are our body and/or mind, but we are actually pure consciousness. Therefor when we become AWAERE of that the feeling of our body and everything that our body precieves is a reflection from our MIND to our consciousness we experiance the state of pure awareness.

hi, donna I have a few questions to ask.

I have been suffering from symptoms of overshadowing/possession for sometime now. When I first discoverd what was happening to me I began wwoking with the techniques of PPSD. After working with PPSD for a while I began to get fustrated and impatient, and began seeking outside help. The techinques in PPSD were exellent, and if it wasn't for Robert Bruce writing it I would have not known I was possed. I went to see some clarovoyant healers and the saw the entiety and sad that i had a contract with it. i was afrad and they sad remembr you are the sinor of your sace.

Find and acknowlege the roots of your convictions in order to avoid being swayed.

If you concentrate on a demon-proof energy and build it, that is what you will get.

Fasting has to end. Sometimes, the source of energy is the anticipation of the next meal.

I do not exactly understand what you mean by this. You will most likely have to deal with any emotional issues you have if this is what you mean. Also, I find working with energy to be very pleasurable. Energy work can amplify your emotions, so dealing with them is a good idea.

Most paranormal things feel like tachyons are involved. Faster than light speed is common, but I dont know if its correct to call it subatomic particles.

I think your question is equal to "Can reiki heal possession?"

In response to your question on how to reach other levels of consciousness with your chakras, I suggest that you look into working with the Kundalini.

When you work with the kundalini, chakras start to awaken.  Eventually, when the kundalini reaches the crown chakra, you become enlightened "one with everything".

You can also look into Kundalini Reiki, it is a form of energy healing.  Good Luck.

well to tell you honestly and flat out, it looks like one giangandus sized ad for a rediculusly overpriced product. it may work, but i wouldnt like those prices untill they say like "garunteed to work or 2x your money back!!!" ya know, something like that. but its a little pricy for those rock/aura things 60 bucks for a rock! i could travel 6 miles and get better ones for like 2 bucks! but.. if you really think this is for you... you should go for it. its just that many people can develop their psychic powers without haveing to use tapes/stones/crystal balls etc.
  if your looking for somehting like one of those "spirit rocks", i would suggest that you make your own. its quite easy, and i do it myself. you take a rock that is a size that you could comfortably fit in your pocket or something you could travel with. say if you wanted it to provide you with happiness: you would take the rock and after each day, or however often you want, store all your positive thoughts/energy into it. then later, when your depressed, you will take out your rock and try to extract all the positive/happy energy you stored it in. after doing this, you think of all the good things that happened when you were putting good thoughts into the stone and you will start feeling better. it works for me, and im sure that it would work for you too.

these elements are needed: carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, and probably a few others.

The sub-navel storage center and the dantien are the same thing.  The sub-heart and sub-brow centers are sometimes called the middle and upper dantien, but from what I've seen they're not talk about that much in eastern-style literature.

The pathways are cleared when energy passes through them.  Doing the full-body circuit through the hands and feet, up your back, over your head, and back down to the sub-navel clears most of the energy body.  To clear the primary chakras, you'll need to do some work on them directly.  Also, general spiritual advancement tends to clear blockages normally, from what I can tell.  Meaning, the more spiritual a life you live, the better your energy flows.
