The Wave cd's are often mentioned in relation to OBE's, but can they also be used to achieve lucid dreams? (if you don't see them as the same thing)

After reading "Paintcrop, the astral city?" topic, I was wondering if there are known permanent astral cities whit visitors from all over astral (and perhaps other worlds) ?

Does anyone know more about this?

The heart chakra is associated with the ability to project in the real time zone, as you can see in your list. It could be activated by light ball visualisations and breathing. A fully activated heart chakra makes the sleep superficial and OBE-conductive. You become lucid in your dreams more easily and the possibility to have awareness of your paralysed body will increase.

Meditating on the heart yield some abstract thoughts whilst the breathing causes great silence. As an oppose to the solar plexus, the heart chakra focus has an activating effect due to the local sympathetic nerves of the regio that will be stimulated by the increased bioplasm density. I suppose the chakra itself is partly a projection of the locus coeruleus centered noradrenaline neuromodulatory system and limbic structures.

The heart regio is one of the three main exit point and attachemnt point of the "most serious cables." If you activate the heart chakra in a lucid dream it makes the dream more OBE like. I've found that the heart chakra is strongly connected to the ajna and in the paralysed state somewhat to the Hara as well.

All healing is basically the same.  Blasphemy!!!  But alas, it's all about re-aligning your energy body.  Reiki uses short bursts of high power (not yours, cosmic) to do the work.  Auric healing re-aligns your Aura with low energy, to force your body inline.  Then there's EMF and other techniques.

NEW isn't a healing technique, per say.  But the effects are the same, since you are basically forcing your energy body to realign and strengthen while using NEW.  Sort of like when you work out physically, your ill less often because your body is stronger and better prepared to fight off maladies.

The guide isn't online, but it's in Astral Dynamics.  I'm currently working through it.  It's suggested to do about 2 months of regular NEW before working the primary circuit.  I didn't have many blockages so I started after a month or so.  It's much like regular NEW, but you need to be more careful.  I think this is why it's not posted online

Wonderful topic, Akensai.

Recently, on another board, we were discussing the matter of proof that astral travel is 'real' or not.  The discussion went to what would constitute proof, and finally what would constitute absolute certainty, because everytime someone would come up with something that would 'prove' AP was real, someone else would say that they had already done it, and was still not sure if it was real!

This tells me that the only %100 sure proof of anything is an omniscient viewpoint - which nobody can have.  Therefore, there is nothing in human experience which is absolutely without doubt.

What this demonstrated to me was the corrosive nature of doubt, and how we must learn how to deal with issues of doubt, because it will always be there if we look for it, ready to pounce upon our carefully cultivated certainties.

Yes, questioning something can be appropriate and beneficial - to a point.  After that, one must simply make up one's mind, and get on with life.  Ultimately, we have to choose to trust, or sit idling behind the roadblock of doubt for eternity.

You have to accept that there is always the possibility that you may be wrong about something, but that you must commit to, and move forward under, your best understanding.

There is a growing spiritual movement to seperate perception and experience into two polar opposites; love and growth, and fear and doubt.  One great place to read more about it is here:
