I just got myself a Crystal singing bowl and wondered if anyone had any expereince with them that they could share. I love the bowls and bought one to enhance my meditations and work with my healing.

i ABSOLUTELY love them and wanted to know if anyone had any stories, meditations, or healing practices you use them for?

 

Ok, so I've had many lucid dreams and I completely love them, but has anyone else had a half lucid dream? I mean like a dream where you truely know your dreaming, yet still aren't able to control the dream?

It's the strangest experience because you sit in your dream while a cop is chasing you for example and you just sit there saying to yourself, "oh I'm just dreaming, I think I'll fly away and sit on the beach or something." Yet when you try you can't, and you'll get arrested in your dream.

It freaks me out sometimes because I feel as though I'm in between something somehow and I can't break it. Like my body is asleep and I know it is, sometimes I even will see myself sleeping, yet I can't shake the dream and mold my own....

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this, or if someone has an idea of why this would happen and how to overcome it?
