Hi,

All of the assumptions in this scenerio, and all the fears based on the "what if..." scenerio presented are based on the contents of the Bible.  According to that same Bible, most of us here are going to Hell because we do not believe we are "saved" by the blood of Jesus in the ritual sacrifice and because we do not worship Jesus as God.  If the Bible is indeed accurate in that, then Satan is wasting his energy continuously "deceiving us" with astral projection, because he would have already succeeded (by Biblical definition and according to Christian dogma) in destroying our souls long ago.

I can only speak for myself with any authority, but if I never had another astral projection or further intuition or anything else of that nature, I could still never believe that I need to accept the ritual sacrifice and worship Jesus as God.  I have already tried that path with all of my heart and soul, and it simply did work for me.  Furthermore, I did not like who I was becoming as a person by trying to follow "Christian" teachings.  (I have discussed my story in much more detail in other topics if anyone cares for more background on my personal experience.)

Simply put, if Satan was as powerful as he is depicted in Biblical fears, he would understand that he does not need to waste his time and energy on me anymore, as he would have nothing further to gain.

One of the easiest ways to direct energy is by moving your focus.  Just think about your head and energy will follow your thoughts.  Although I don't think that this will help you much as it will just further anchor your head in your body.  I would recommend just trying to let go and not think about anything.  As you said you think your head was stuck because you started to think of things, this is most likely the problem and with time and practice you will be able to calm your mind enough to project.

You'll be happy to know you are on the verge.  If you saw a bright light and a rope you apparently have no idea how close you really are.  You were probably seeing with your astral eyes which means your conciousness was focused on your astral body, which is where you want to be.  If you felt your head was stuck, it could have been, try working on your energy there more.  Thinking will stop the astral projection also.  Go with the flow and take the position of a neutral observer.  When you get back in your body you can get excited and jump for joy all you want, but don't do it while out of body or it'll probably stop.  Good luck!

Your friend is referring to the Akashic Records!  This is a library of every event that has ever taken place in history.  Any question you might have about the past exists here, but rather then read them you experience them first hand.  There are a few suggestions in getting there.  One is to have a picture of a building on your wall and tape the words Akashic Records onto the building, then while OOB you simply enter the picture.  On this Astral Pulse website you can go to the training section and click on "treatise of OBE" and in part two there is a section on the Akashic Records.  I recommend looking into it for further info.
