Greetings dont know if anyone still reads these but I have recently been practicing conscious asral travel with good results my goal is to be able to use this concept and to add telekenisis to it I am practicing with another so we can get confirmations easier said than done at times I have been doing this for over 15years now I am now 47 if that gives you any ideas I have been open to most things metaphysical since the age of 10
