I use Moz Firefox (0.9.3) and the forums do work - there's just a major formatting issue with the menu bar at the top of the page (where it says Forum Resources Personal etc). If you scroll the page down, you'll see the rest of the content on that page.

Hope this helps.

Hello, Seth817

The best way that I get into a relaxed state is by going running early in the morning.

Try waking up in 3am for 5 days and go running, its very hard to do because your not used to it, but make it a habit and you will find yourself becoming very tired around 5pm, perfect time to project when the enviornment is cool, I also recommend sleeping on a hammock on your back, because it will get you very relaxed.

Here is how i sperate them:

Phasing is actually leaving your physical body and phasing into the astral, thus there is no apparent seperation (which is why it's called phasing [:P])

Remote Viewing, on the other hand, is externally "seeing"/sensing an object or a location while you are still in your physical body and have control over it. This is why you often see remotve viewers drawing while they are viewing. Basically you are remote from the location you are viewing. Does that make sense? In fact, as i understand it, remote viewing has little to nothing to do with the astral itself.

I could be wrong, but that's the way i interpret those two terms. I hope it helped.

hmm... it very well could be. Try using banishing rituals on it. If that doesn't work, you can use a crystal to stab its astral body and shatter it. This will send it to witch heaven and it can't ever come back. Crystals are good because you can use their astral counterparts.

Believe me, there is MORE than enough to do there to keep you busy.  [:D]

I was very curious about this also! It seems like a good enough idea! I was also wondering if/how you could heal other people when you leave your body? Does anyone one know?

Is it describable in three dimensional terms or is it something that someone has to experience for themselves?

Hi,

My answer: It is something that you have to experience for yourself.
